Greetings! Thank you for choosing CENTRAL EVENTS INC. We will do everything we can to make sure your wedding day will go as smoothly, as possible. Also do our best to make sure your night is a night to remember. To help you plan your special day, I have attached a packet of songs and events to help us assure that your night will be everything you have hope it to be. But first we would like you to fill out the contract form and send it back as soon as possible, and also keep your copy of the contract form so none of the terms and agreements are forgotten. The packet is to be expected to be returned two weeks prior to your wedding date. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me via Facebook or directly at 320-266-8569. DJ K-WELLE INC. agrees to provide mobile disc jockey entertainment on the date and time specified above, including professional sound system, light show, announcer, and digital music & backup computer. II. A non-refundable deposit of $ 100.00 guarantees reservation of DJ service for the date and time mentioned above. Contracting party agrees to give 60 days written notice of any cancellation, and failure to do so will result in full amount due. III. Full payment is due the night of the event. Cash preferred or check acceptable, $10 fee for returned checks. Gratuity not required but appreciated. Over time is $75 per 1 hour IV. DJ K-WELLE INC. is not responsible if the start of the dance is delayed due to the event being behind schedule, time is billable from our start time, which is designated by the client. V. Set-up area should be clear, we prefer an area 7’ deep by 16’ wide, 1’ from the dance floor. A onetime, pre-dinner setup is required. A clear path of 3 feet wide to set up area is also required. Addition charges may apply if this can’t be met, please contact me so we can discuss our options, and also if there is any stairs that need to be taken to get to the set up area. DJ- $695: This price includes dinner/cocktail music which starts as soon as the first person enters the venue and 4 hours of dance music. An option of an additional $75 will be added per hour after the 4th hour of dance music. This can be decided on when the time is available. PHOTOBOOTH- $450: This price includes 3 hours of unlimited 2x6 photo strips with a scrap book of all the pictures inside. Also, we will bring all the props and hats for the guest to wear inside the phooth. If you have a questions feel free to give me a call 320-266-8569. Also, if you want to have a grand entrance of the wedding party, I will need you to call me and leave me a voicemail going through your entire wedding party.
