1. APOLOGIES

Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Mike Pack.

2. MINUTES

The minutes of the Planning meeting held on 26 May 2016 were agreed as a true record of the meeting and signed by the Chairman.

3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest.

4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS

16/06358/LBC Harleyford Manor Harleyford Marlow SL7 2DX Listed building application for conversion of building from commercial use to form 1 x 7 bed dwellinghouse with associated internal and external alterations. Great Marlow Parish Council have no objections to this application.

16/06541/FUL 31 Claymoor Park Buckinghamshire SL7 3DL Householder application for construction of first floor side extension. Great Marlow Parish Council have no objections to this application.

16/06662/FUL OS Parcel 5300 Seymour Plain Marlow Buckinghamshire Erection of agricultural building for use associated with poultry rearing. Great Marlow Parish Council have some concerns about the buildings footprint on this section of Greenbelt. It is proposed that the building is removed once no longer used for poultry.

16/06569/FUL Mayfield Seymour Plain Marlow Buckinghamshire SL7 3BZ Householder application for raising of roof, roof extensions/alterations to create first floor living accommodation, construction of single storey side extension and associated external alterations. Great Marlow Parish Council ask that the fact this site is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is taken into consideration.

1 16/06633/FUL Clay Lane Farm Clay Lane Booker Buckinghamshire SL7 3DT Erection detached building for commercial use (B2 and B8) adjacent to Unit F. Great Marlow Parish Council have concerns that this is an area of Greenbelt and highlight that there would also be a considerable increase of traffic should this application be permitted.
