► Basic requirements consist of being 17 or 18, having your high school diploma, a driver’s license, an updated physical/good overall health
► If accepted, you begin working immediately after high school where you will be paid while learning the skills required
► Programs are 3-5 years while you are building expertise in your career
► The opportunity to move up the ladder is great due to having more jobs open than current workers due to retirees
