Yuleba Murals Up For Consultation At a community meeng to discuss the site for the new bore, pump staon and the water tank on the corner of Perry Street and Garden Street, Maranoa Regional Councillors suggested that the new site could be enhanced by murals. At the Development Group Meeng recently there was discussion about where the murals could be painted. This including the opons of the tank, the pump house or erecon of a special fence on the Garden and Perry Street sides for the Murals to be much larger and connuous. Maranoa Regional Council has advised that feedback from the Yuleba Community is being sought about painng murals in Yuleba. “Have Your Say” will be open on the Council website for comment in the week commencing 22 February 2021. Quesonnaires, with the same quesons as “Have Your Say” will be distributed to you through the mail in Yuleba, also in the week commencing 22 February 2021. Would you like to see a mural painted on the new bore/water tanks and pumping staon facility? If you do, what would you like to see depicted in the mural? A community meeng is expected to be held on 31 March 2021 at the Yuleba Memorial Hall to discuss the results of the quesonnaires and reach a consensus. Meeng to commence at 5.30pm with light refreshments provided.
