Internationale Wettkämpfe Eiskunstlaufen & Eistanzen Saison Internationale Wettkämpfe Eiskunstlaufen & Eistanzen Saison 2021-2022 V. 30.06.2021 Das vorliegende Konzept kann sich im Zuge der Entwicklung der Situation im Zusammenhang mit der Covid-19-Gesundheitskrise ändern. 1. Selektionsprozess Die Selektionskriterien wurden vom Selektionsausschuss ausgearbeitet und durch den Vorstand Swiss Ice Skating genehmigt. Als «internationale Wettkämpfe» gelten die von der ISU sanktionierten und auf dem offiziellen ISU-Kalender publizierten Wettkämpfe gemäss ISU Communication 2397 (ohne ISU Championships). • Internationale Wettkämpfe und JGP: basierend auf den nachfolgenden Kriterien werden die Delegationen durch den Selektionsausschuss bestimmt. • ISU Championships: die Selektionskommission unterbreitet dem Vorstand Swiss Ice Skating einen Vorschlag. Der definitive Entscheid obliegt dem Vorstand Swiss Ice Skating. 2. Allgemeine Kriterien für die Teilnahme an internationalen Wett- kämpfen 2.1 Alterskriterien Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme an internationalen Wettkämpfen in der Kategorie «Senior»: Um an internationalen Wettkämpfen in der Kategorie ISU «Senior» teilnehmen zu können, müssen die folgenden Alterskriterien erfüllt sein (gemäss ISU Rule 108): - Der Athlet (m/w) hat am 1. Juli 2021 das Alter von mindestens 15 Jahren erreicht Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme an internationalen Wettkämpfen in der Kategorie «Junior»: Um an internationalen Wettkämpfen in der Kategorie ISU «Junior» teilnehmen zu können, müssen die folgenden Alterskriterien erfüllt sein (gemäss ISU Rule 108): - Der Athlet (m/w) hat am 1. Juli 2021 das Alter von mindestens 13 Jahren erreicht - Der Athlet (m/w) hat am 1. Juli 2021 das Alter von 19 Jahren noch nicht erreicht. - Der Athlet (m) hat am 1. Juli 2021 das Alter von 21 Jahren in folgenden Disziplinen noch nicht erreicht: Paarlauf und Eistanzen Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme an internationalen Wettkämpfen in der Kategorie «Advanced Novice»: Um an internationalen Wettkämpfen in der Kategorie ISU «Advanced Novice» teilnehmen zu können, müssen die folgenden Alterskriterien erfüllt sein (gemäss ISU Rule 108): - Der Athlet (m/w) hat am 1. Juli 2021 das Alter von mindestens 10 Jahren erreicht - Der Athlet (m/w) hat am 1. Juli 2021 das Alter von 15 Jahren noch nicht erreicht. - Der Athlet (m) hat am 1. Juli 2021 das Alter von 17 Jahren in folgenden Disziplinen noch nicht erreicht: Paarlauf + Eistanzen 1 2.2 Athleten ausländischer Nationalität Athleten ausländischer Nationalität müssen im Besitz einer «Clearance Certificate» der ISU sein, um an internationalen ISU-Meisterschaften (WM; EM; JWM), GP, JGP und internationalen ISU-Wettkämpfen teilnehmen zu dürfen. 2.3 Athletenvereinbarung Um an ISU-Meisterschaften (WM; EM; JWM), GP, JGP und internationalen ISU-Wettkämpfen teilnehmen zu können, müssen die betreffenden Athleten zuvor die Athletenvereinbarung unterschrieben und an Swiss Ice Skating zurückgeschickt haben. 2.4 Technische Mindestanforderungen Für die Teilnahme an internationalen Wettkämpfen kann die Erfüllung technischer Kriterien oder einer Mindest- TSS vorausgesetzt werden. In Bezug auf das gesamte vorliegende Dokument müssen die verlangten Anforderungen im gleichen Programm erreicht worden sein ohne Erwähnung "landed on the quarter (q), underrotated (<), downgraded (<<) oder edge (e)", und sie müssen von der Mehrheit der Preisrichter mit einem GOE von -1 oder mehr bewertet worden sein. Die geforderten Sprünge können als Einzelsprung, in einer Kombination oder als Sprungsequenz gezeigt werden. Eventuelle Bonuspunkte werden nicht berücksichtigt. 2.5 Auswahl an internationalen Wettkämpfen (Änderungen vorbehalten) Aufgrund der aktuellen Pandemie kann es jederzeit zu neuen internationalen Wettbewerben, Absagen, Verschiebungen oder Ortsveränderungen kommen. Alle Änderungen werden in den ISU-Wettbewerbskalender aufgenommen, der unter www.isu.org/events verfügbar ist. Zudem behält sich Swiss Ice Skating das Recht vor, keinen Athleten zu einem internationalen Wettkampf zu schicken, wenn die gesundheitliche Situation als zu instabil erachtet wird. Die nachstehende Tabelle enthält die internationalen ISU-Wettbewerbe, die im Selektionsprozess für die ISU- Meisterschaften gezählt werden. Bei der Anmeldung zu diesen Veranstaltungen kann den Mitgliedern der Nationalmannschaft 2021/22 Vorrang eingeräumt werden. The primary objective of this association, as is the case with all other sporting organisations, is to foster greater interest in the sport of Figure Skating in general and its four disciplines of Singles, Pairs, Ice Dance and Synchronised Skating in particular. In this vein, a primary objective of this past year was to finalise the Long Term Participant Development Plan for SAFSA through the National Technical Committee in conjunction with SASCOC and Dr Istvan Balyi. I am pleased to report that the plan has been finalised and approved and presented to all athletes and coaches at the Draw Event of the 2012 National Championships held in May 2012.

In Single and Pair skating all entered participants skate the Short Program. At the European Figure Skating Championships the best placed 20 Men and Ladies and 16 Pairs qualify for the final Free Skating. The Ice Dance competition starts with the Compulsory Dance, which all entered couples have to skate, the best 30 placed couples will continue the event with the Original Dance and at the European Figure Skating Championships the best 16 placed couples qualify for the final Free Dance GENERAL RULES ISU Championships are held in accordance with the International Skating Union (ISU) Regulations. The ISU Judging System used at the Figure Skating events is the one adopted by the 2004 ISU Congress. It is constructed as follows: 1. COMPETITIONS OFFICIALS Technical Panel The Technical Panel is composed of the Technical Controller, the Technical Specialist and the Assistant Technical Specialist, each one from different ISU Members (countries). A Data Operator assists them for recording purposes. An instantaneous slow-motion video replay system operated by a Replay Operator supports the Technical Panel in the identification of the performed elements. - The Technical Specialist, assisted by the Assistant Technical Specialist, identifies and calls the performed elements and the specific Levels of Difficulty of certain performed elements (e.g.
