What is the CityPASS?
The San Francisco CityPASS is a multi-attraction pass that includes admission to four of the top attractions in San Francisco! By purchasing the CityPASS, they save 45% vs buying individual tickets to each venue.
The standard CityPASS includes a one-hour Bay Cruise from Blue & Gold Fleet, however, guests can substitute an Alcatraz Day Tour instead if they buy the pass directly from Alcatraz Cruises. Note: there is NO WAY to upgrade to the Alcatraz tour if they purchase the CityPASS from any other source.
How do guests receive the pass?
Guests can collect a ticket booklet from will-call at Pier 33, or we can ship it to them for an additional cost.
Terms & Conditions:
Once you receive your CityPASS, you need to treat it like cash. Unfortuntately, if you lose the booklet, it is not refundable or replaceable.
The CityPASS becomes active the first time that you use it, and then it’s valid for nine consecutive days; your Alcatraz tour needs to fall within that nine-day time period.
Do not remove any of the tickets from the booklet, since that will make the tickets null and void: let each attraction remove their ticket when you get there.
If you need to cancel, you will need to return the CityPASS to us unused: there are no partial refunds on a CityPASS. We will process your refund once we receive your passes.
