This Long Term Plan sets out the long term vision of the PLAN Council for the services it delivers. In developing this Plan the Council fi rstly considered the likely future economic situa on for South Taranaki, as well as projected popula on levels, the Council’s current strategies and the community’s expecta ons The LTP sets out our strategic direc on towards services and our progress in achieving the community and work programme for ten years outcomes.
