The article gives a faunistic review of the Pterophoridae fauna in Myanmar. The type habitats and world distribution (with new data) is indicated. The data of the collected specimens are provided. To the 10 already known species we have added 9 previously unknown for the fauna of Myanmar. The state Myanmar (former Burma) is located in western portion of Indochina peninsula. It is bordered by India, China, Thailand and Bangladesh. The climate of Myanmar is tropical and sub-equatorial. Most of the country is occupied by medium-high mountain plateaus included in the Himalayan system. The mountains are richly wooded, with a large variety of tropical animal and plant species, including endemics. The information on the Pterophoridae of Myanmar is very scarce. According to literary data, 10 Pterophoridae species were known for this territory (Arenberger 1995, 2002, 2010; Gielis, 2003; Li, Hao & Wang 2003; Meyrick, 1905, 1908; Walsingham, 1891). The materials on Pterophoridae collected by our colleagues in Myanmar, served us to write this work, and as a result, we have added 9 species to the fauna of Myanmar. Thus, considering the literary data, currently there are 19 Pterophoridae species known for the fauna of Myanmar. The species indicated for the Myanmar fauna for the first time are marked with an asterisk *. The examined material is deposited in the private collection of the two first authors. As a result of examining the material on Pterophoridae, 19 species have been found for Myanmar, nine of them are new to the fauna of the country. There is no doubt that further research on plume moths of Myanmar will significantly increase this list. Ecologica Montenegrina,
