Zagreb, 16. siječnja 2012. SAŽETAK 25 FPS, Udruga za audio-vizualna istraživanja u 2011. godini ostvarila je određene strateške ciljeve za razdoblje 2011. - 2013. te kao glavna postignuća izdvaja: A) razvoj i daljnju profilaciju programa i aktivnosti: Udruga je radom na međunarodnoj filmskoj manifestaciji 25 FPS Internacionalnom festivalu eksperimen- talnog filma i videa nastavila promicati nekomercijalne oblike audiovizualne i filmske umjetnosti, poticati kreativni umjetnički rad domaćih i stranih korisnika i udruživanje na principu dobrovoljnog članstva i volonterskog rada. Osigurala je tehničke uvjete za pro- jekt izvaninstitucionalnog infocentra i medijateke za kratki film Kratka baza. Pripremila je dva knjižna izdanja za objavljivanje u 2012. godini. Aktivno je predstavljala domaći kratkometražni film na specijaliziranim domaćim i stranim događanjima i sajmovima. Strateški se povezivala s dionicima koji promiču kratkometražnu filmsku produkciju, lobirala za veću cirkulaciju hrvatskih audiovizualnih djela u međunarodnom okružju. Nastavila je s edukacijskim radionicama iz filmske i novomedijske umjetnosti. B) diverzifikaciju resursa: Udruga je ostvarila nepovratnu potporu za tehničko opremanje Ministarstva kulture i Hrvatske agencije za malo gospodarstvo te je u prosincu 2011. dobila potvrdu da će u 2012. godini na temelju svojih postignuća i aktivnosti postati korisnica institucionalne potpore Nacionalne zaklade za razvoj civil- nog društva. Zrinko Čustonja Student: Martin Ivanković STANJE I PERSPEKTIVE RAZVOJA AKADEMSKOG SPORTA NA SVEUČILIŠTU U ZAGREBU Sažetak Sport se temelji na načelu dragovoljnosti i mora biti jednako dostupan svima bez obzira na dob, rasu, spol, spolnu orijentaciju, vjeru, nacionalnost, društveni položaj, političko ili drugo uvjerenje. Pravilnikom Rektorskog zbora o studiranju studenata sportaša na visokim učilištima Republike Hrvatske uređena su pravila i uvjeti studiranja studenata sportaša na visokim učilištima čime se posebno dao značaj razvoju i poticanju sporta. Sportski uspjesi, osvajanje medalja i drugih međunarodnih športskih priznanja važan su dio imidža Sveučilišta u Zagrebu i naše športske tradicije. Sport je jedno od područja kojim se možemo ponositi te sport treba pozicionirati kao jedan od prioriteta u stvaranju međunarodnoga imidža Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Sport koji se temelji na etičkim vrijednostima i gdje pobjeda odnosno natjecateljski rezultat nisu jedini smisao bavljenja sportom, može podići samopoštovanje i samopouzdanje te razviti niz socijalnih vrijednosti koje će smanjiti društveno neprihvatljive oblike ponašanja mladih. Sport treba biti jedan od ključnih čimbenika socijalizacije i odgoja mladih. Svi studenti trebali bi imati podjednake mogućnosti za bavljenje sportom i pristup sportskim borilištima.

DOKUMENTACIJA 3.3. Fototeka Fotografije su pohranjene u digitalnom obliku, na CD ili na vanjsku memoriju računala (eksterni hard disk). Pohranjuju se fotografije press konferencija, otvorenja izložbi, postava izložbi, popratnih događanja. Broj foldera s fotografijama pohranjenim u računalu tijekom 2013.: 28 1 3.6. Hemeroteka Prikupljaju se hemerotečne jedinice, koje se čuvaju u digitalnom obliku (na CD-u i u memoriji računala). U 2013. godini je prikupljeno 12 CD-a s 1675 hemerotečnih jedinica. 3.8. Stručni arhiv Prikuplja se i obrađuje pisana dokumentacija (reversi, police osiguranja izložaka i sl.) i tiskana dokumentacija (pozivnice, deplijani, brošure, katalozi) koja se odnosi na izložbe održane u Galeriji Klovićevi dvori i izložbe održane izvan Galerije, ali u organizaciji Galerije Klovićevi dvori. Obrađuje se klasično. Broj jedinica prikupljenih u 2013.: 12 registratora 3.9. Ostalo Medijateka U okviru medijateke se prikupljaju radijske i televizijske objave o izložbama Galerije Klovićevi dvori, koje se čuvaju u digitalnom obliku (na CD-u i u memoriji računala). Radijske objave se sakupljaju u digitalnom audio zapisu od ožujka 2013. Tijekom 2013. godine je prikupljeno 12 CD-a s 279 radijskih objava i 12 CD-a s 187 televizijskih objava. Plakatoteka Plakatoteka broji 671 inventariziranih plakata izložbi i drugih događanja održanih u Galeriji Klovićevi dvori.

    Prijedlog Na temelju članka 31. stavka 3. Zakona o Vladi Republike Hrvatske (Narodne novine, br. 150/2011 i 119/2014), Vlada Republike Hrvatske je na sjednici održanoj _____________ godine donijela Z A K L J U Č A K 1. Prihvaća se Izvješće o financiranju projekata i programa organizacija civilnoga društva iz javnih izvora u 2014. godini, u tekstu koji je dostavio Ured za udruge aktom, klase: 402-08/15-01/08, urbroja: 50419-15-52, od 13. srpnja 2015. godine. 2. Zadužuje se Ured za udruge da o ovom Zaključku izvijesti tijela državne uprave, te druga tijela i javne institucije, davatelje bespovratnih sredstava za projekte i programe organizacija civilnoga društva. Klasa: Urbroj: Zagreb, PREDSJEDNIK Zoran Milanović 2 OBRAZLOŽENJE Sukladno članku 57. Uredbe o kriterijima, mjerilima i postupcima financiranja i ugovaranja programa i projekata od interesa za opće dobro koje provode udruge (Narodne novine, broj 26/2015) te u skladu s Uredbom o Uredu za udruge Vlade Republike Hrvatske, prikupljena su i analizirana izvješća svih središnjih tijela državne uprave kao i Vladinih ureda i drugih javnih institucija koje su dodjeljivale financijska sredstva za projekte i programe organizacija civilnog društva u 2014. godini. U pripremi završnog teksta Izvješća, Ured za udruge je uvažio sve pristigle primjedbe nadležnih državnih tijela. Na osnovu dostavljenih podataka utvrđeno je da je iz javnih izvora na nacionalnoj razini u 2014. godini programima i projektima organizacija civilnog društva dodijeljeno ukupno 652.491.986,14 kuna. Osim detaljne analize financiranih projekata i programa iz javnih izvora na nacionalnoj razini, kao i analize usklađenosti postupaka financiranja s propisanim procedurama, Izvješće sadrži i primjere uspješno provedenih projekata organizacija civilnoga društva financiranih iz javnih izvora na nacionalnoj razini u 2014., detaljni popis svih financiranih projekata te podatke vezane uz financiranje organizacija civilnoga društva prikupljene s razine općina, gradova i županija.
