Apply Procedure Applicants should go to the Online Australia Awards Scholarships Information System(OASIS) website. When applicants register online, they will be required to answer some questions to establish their eligibility. They will then be given a unique registration number, username and password. Applicants do not need to submit your application immediately. They can update your draft application form and supporting documentation until 30 April 2013. Once submitted, their application cannot be changed. Authority strongly advises applicants applying online to do so well before the closing date.
