Have someone at the table agree to be a timekeeper. To begin, the timekeeper states “It is no accident that we are all here at this table right now. Our intention is to connect deeper with ourselves and each other.”

Each woman gets 3 minutes to share her answers to the following questions: • What were you taught about fully expressing your emotional range as a child? • How challenging was it to connect with your emotions during the Swamp in class today, on a scale of 1-10? • How do you imagine that owning your Swamp would benefit your life? • After a tough life event or experience—when you encoun- ter devastation, heartbreak, disappointment, or pain.

• Swamping can be used on an as-needed basis, as well as part of a daily or weekly practice to keep you grounded, connected, and turned on.

Ever felt so pissed, stuck, and frustrated with your situation, you just can’t seem to break free?

Ever found yourself in a mental loop, constantly wishing things were different, like you just can’t accept your reality?

That’s when you know it’s time to pull out the Yes Move.

As you might guess, this exercise is about finding your inner YES for whatever you’re experiencing in any given moment—even when, especially when, you don’t feel like it. It’s about getting into agreement with what is. Agreement is control.

Why is this so important? Because what we resist, persists. In other words, when we disapprove of, or avoid, our undesired reality, it’s likely to stick around longer. On the other hand, as soon as we find our full, embodied YES for our experience, things will immediately start to shift and move.

Like the rest of the Womanly Arts Tools, this is not an intellectu- al exercise. Rather, it’s a shortcut to get in your body, shift your perspective, and send a powerful signal that you are in agree- ment with your experience, exactly as it is.

Use this tool whenever you notice yourself disapproving or resisting what is happening to or for you. It can also be a great way to shift the energy after a particularly mucky Spring Clean or Swamp (especially when you’re having a hard time locating your turn-on).

10 WEEKEND TWO | THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2017 REMEMBER: HOW TO YES: • As always, put on the perfect song. The Courtesan’s Journey (aka, CoJo) is an exercise meant to surface your inner genius and reveal the gold hidden in the Swamp of your story.

It is best applied to a specific area of your life where you feel “stuck”. For example, you desire more income and can’t seem to make it happen, or you keep feeling disap- pointed by your guy and can’t seem to change the out- come, or you have a habit of overeating and can’t seem to manage your behavior.

Pick whatever is your current “tale of woe.” You will not write it as an autobiography, recounting the blow-by-blow of how you ended up stuck and victimized. Nope. Instead, you will write from the Courtesan’s perspective that alchemizes her pain into victory, revealing the hidden genius behind every nuance of her story.

It’s not just something that happens in your mind, it is a full-body experience. Imagine yourself sitting on a red velvet couch, dressed like Mae West, or Beyoncé, flirting with the camera with your sheer sensual confidence. Light a candle, put on sexy music, stroke yourself with a rose or a feather before you begin to write or speak your CoJo.

12 WEEKEND TWO | THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2017 TIP: One of the most powerful ways to do this exercise is to grab another Sister Goddess, and have her witness your CoJo in person, on Skype, or on the phone. You can witness each other, and encourage each other to turn on, as you each tell your tale of woe. HOW TO COJO: 1. Start your story with this opening line: “I am the most genius Courtesan of all time, and my story tells you how.”

2. “I brag that I am a genius because…” [insert the autobi- ographical piece followed by the hidden genius sentence of how it served you and your life by doing so].

3. Continue bragging every painful aspect of your storyline, finding the hidden meaning and benefit, no matter what.

EXAMPLE: I brag that I am a genius because the 50 extra pounds on my body are the best bodyguard a girl can have. I don’t ever have to worry about unwanted attention. I get to choose.

EXAMPLE: I brag that I chose a guy who always disappears leaving me hot, wet and wanting....I love living on the edge where I feel incredibly alive. In this way, I count on him to leave.

The most difficult part of this exercise is to remain in your turn-on as you are reporting your ‘stuck’ storyline. That is where the real benefits of this exercise begin to emerge and shower you with revelations. Why? Because all real change begins with pure loving acceptance of what is.

The objective of the Coo tool is to reveal the perfection of your storyline, and to fully own the way it has broken and remade you into the woman you are destined to become.

THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2017 | WEEKEND TWO 13 RE-CONSECRATING YOUR ALTAR

But if we disregard the sacred within us, we cannot connect with our turn-on. And when we are not turned on, we are not connected to our life force. And if we are not connect- ed to our life force, we are not moving from our sacred center, not experiencing the essential, raw goodness of life, and not owning our power. And if we are not standing in our power, we perpetuate the sense of ourselves as victim, rather than the heroine of our lives.

This tool is about reteaching yourself your own beauty, bowing before what is, and opening doors to what you are becoming.

This tool is a commitment to tend the fire of your Radiance, no matter what. Even when you don’t feel like it.

Reconsecrating your altar requires a certain amount of effort, but the result is so worth the investment. Treating yourself well is not easy.

14 WEEKEND TWO | THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2017 WHAT WILL HAVE YOU EXPERIENCE YOUR DIVINITY TODAY? Here’s a little menu of ideas to get you started:

• Write a minimum of 3-5 desires in your journal. It’s nice to light a candle when journalling your desires. • Take a bath with bath salts, instead of a shower. • Put on a piece of music and dance naked. • Take the time to put your body lotion on slooowly. • Be deliberate with your clothing choices—only choose some- thing that you feel amazing in. Lay out your clothing the night before so it’s all ready for you the next morning. • Wear beautiful lingerie. • Sleep in something silky, or sleep naked with a drop of your favorite fragrance on each wrist. • Place a single rose on your bedside table. • Put on lip gloss/lipstick (Even if you don’t wear makeup, experiment with a tiny bit of lip gloss). • Read one of your favorite poems to yourself in the mirror. • Put a flower behind your ear. • Decorate your pussy. • Whisper “I am divine” as you look in the mirror. • Serve yourself a healthy breakfast, sit at the table with lovely china and silverware and no electronics. • Self-pleasure. Even a stroke or two will awaken and inspire your turn-on.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Step 1: Approve of him, find something you really appreciate about him. Step 2: Give him a problem (ONE problem) he can solve. Step 3: Praise him when he accomplishes it or takes a step toward accomplishing it. Repeat often.

16 WEEKEND TWO | THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2017 You can train, or complain. You choose.

EXAMPLE TRAINING CYCLE 1: Say your guy is driving you crazy because every day he comes home from work and immediately turns on the TV instead of connecting with you. Rather than nagging, or quietly resenting him, try the training cycle. Step 1: Babe, you look so sexy sitting there on that couch. Step 2: Can you come over here and take me in your arms and give me a kiss? Step 3: Yum, you feel so good.

EXAMPLE TRAINING CYCLE 2: Imagine you and your mother are in a heated argument, again. You feel like she’s not really listening to you. The training cycle can interrupt the pattern, and open up a new level of connection and a way forward. Step 1: Mom, I know you love me and want the absolute best for me. Step 2: It would help me if I could share without interruption. Can you give me two minutes to express what’s up for me? Step 3: Even when it’s hard, I love you, and I’m so grateful we can talk like this.

What have you reclaimed/discovered/healed so far? What were the defining moments for you—whether they were quiet internal moments, or game-changing external moments? 3. How have community and sisterhood contributed to your recla- mation? How has your understanding of women, of womanhood, of sisterhood changed—and what effect does that have on your life as a whole? 4. What does reclamation mean to you? What have you reclaimed? 5. Anything else your pussy wants to say?
