Thomas Sattelberger Former German Top Manager Member of German Bundestag Mr. Sattelberger studied Business Administration Studies at the University of Cooperative Education under the "Stuttgart Model", Daimler-Benz AG, degree as "Betriebswirt (Berufsakademie)" from 1972 to 1975. He started his professional career in 1975 in the Central Directorate for Education and Development at the Daimler-Benz Group in Stuttgart. He was Training Manager, Stuttgart from 1975 to 1977, Head of "Corporate Trainee Programs", Stuttgart from 1977 to 1979, Head of "Leadership Development Programs", Stuttgart from 1979 to 1982, Head of "Training and Education", MTU-GmbH, Munich from 1982 to 1984, Head of "Human Resources Development, MTU Group", Munich/Friedrichshafen from 1985 to 1989, Senior Vice President "Management Development/Training", Sales Organization, Mercedes-Benz AG, Stuttgart since 1989, Senior Vice President "Education and Development", Deutsche Aerospace AG, Munich from 1990 to 1994, Senior Vice President, Executive Human Resources and Human Resources Development from 1994 to 1999, Executive Vice President, Product and Service, Member of the Executive Board of Lufthansa German Airlines from 1999 to 2003. From 1994 to 2003, he worked for Deutsche Lufthansa AG in Frankfurt, where he began as Head of Group Executives and Human Resources Development. Mr. Sattelberger served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and a Member of Management Board of Deutsche Telekom AG from May 3, 2007 to May 02, 2012. He served as Director of Labor at Deutsche Telekom AG. He served as Member of the Executive Board and Head of Human Resources of Continental AG from July 1, 2003 to May 2007. He served as Director of Labor Relations of Continental AG until May 2007. He served as Head of Management Development & Education at DaimlerChrysler Aerospace AG in Munich since 1990. He served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Continental AG.
