The objective is entirely to ensure transparency in selection and ensuring UGC norms are satisfied. • The API score verification system for both the CAS and direct recruitment is continuing. • The list of categorized journals sent by every school/centre was created based on inputs from centers and the new lists are made available before a new set of advertisement for faculty positions published. • Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) of the University on the quality parameters / assessment criteria developed by the relevant quality assurance body in the prescribed format. 2.15 Plan of Action by IQAC/Outcome: The plan of action chalked out by the IQAC in the beginning of the year towards quality enhancement and the outcome achieved by the end of the year * Plan of Action Achievements The process of updation of Partial completed and continued. journal classifications from the Schools/Centres may be continued. Constant exposure of students to the latest international scholarships inviting scholars as well as literary authors. Introduced expanded reading materials for visually impaired students. Regular review and re-designing of the courses with innovative ideas are taken up by the faculty. Besides the teaching and research programmes, the schools have been engaging methods and ways to stimulate research further and enhance the learning skills of the students by organizing research seminars and national seminar cum technical festival for students from across India.
