First, we crawl blog contents from website and segment for some hot geographical terms.Inreal,suchasequential each of them into a semantic word vector separately. Then, we select the geographical terms in each word vector into relation can be seen as a travel route. Third, we propose a acorrespondinggeographical term vector and present a new vector subdividing method to collect the data set of local method to explore the hot tourism locations and, especially, their features for each hot location.Thesignificantresultof frequent sequential relations from a set of geographical term this method is shielding the impacts of irrelevant word co- vectors. Third, we propose a novel word vector subdividing occurrences which have very high frequency. Further, we method to collect the local features for each hot location, and introduce the metric of max-confidence to identify the present a new method basing on the measurement of max- Things of Interest (ToI) associated to the location from the confidence to identify the ToIs for each hot location from collected data.

    Radiofrequency Radiation Measurements Public Wi-Fi Installations in Hong Kong Office of the Communications Authority 23 December 2014 Executive Summary The increasing popularity of the public Wi-Fi services has given rise to public concerns about the radiofrequency (RF) radiation from Wi-Fi access points (APs) installed at the public areas1. 2. APs are radiocommunications transceivers for provision of wireless access of Internet service and they are scattered throughout the entire territory, mainly in the densely populated and built-up areas. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), the exposure levels due to wireless networks (including Wi-Fi) are generally very low, and there is no convincing scientific evidence that the weak RF signals from wireless networks cause adverse health effects. Relevant information can be found in the website of WHO at: http://www.who.int/peh-emf/publications/facts/fs304/en/. 3. However, in view of the public concerns, the Office of the Communications Authority (the former Office of the Telecommunications Authority, hereinafter collectively referred to as “OFCA”) conducted a territory-wide survey of RF radiation generated by APs in 2007 and subsequently took additional measurements at other locations including those on board public transport, bank, cinema, betting branch and newsstand in 2011 and mid 2014. This report 2 presents the updated measurement results. The rapid and stable financialization process through which Hong Kong was transformed from a light industrial city in the 1970s to a financial hub with real estate as the engine of growth since the 1980s was not only a top-down imposition; it also relied on securing the consent across the population, albeit temporarily and contingently, in a unique context. By piecing academic and non-academic literatures together, this research proposes that homeownership and financialization were articulated jointly by the British colonial state and the local population from the 1970s to the 1990s into a cultural mechanism of hope – House Buying. This hope mechanism requires: 1. a self-reliant subject acting through the market, 2. a narrative of life-goals that characterize a middle-class way of living; 3. a temporal mapping of the future based on the social route of a “housing ladder” from public rental, subsidized homeownership to private homeownership, and a social plane with a relatively open opportunity structure.
