The official EU certificate has been issued for the student who successfully completed course “Introduction to e- government” and passed Certification quiz. During this course participants expressed their opinion on the essential e- government issues that constitutes a first G2C survey (see below) As on July 1, 2011 ELS has more than 1,800 registered participants from 8 countries, 115 Russian cities; 1,472 Certificates were issued.
