Zaki Validi, Ufa, 450076 Russia, e-mail [email protected]; 2Bashkirian State Agrarian University, 34, ul. 50-letiya Oktyabrya, Ufa, 450001 Russia Received May 3, 2014 A b s t r a c t Common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) has a high nutritional value, its seeds contain a sig- nificant amount of protein and essential amino acids and vitamins. Furthermore, it can accumulate organic nitrogen in the soil due to nitrogen fixation. On the territory of the forest-steppe zone of Urals (Bashkortostan) in small plot experiments in homogeneous soil conditions during five years the elements of yield structure of four cultivars of common bean (Gornal, Ufimskaya, Zolotistaya and Elsa) were studied. In different soil and climatic conditions the distribution character (skewness) of seed production and nodule activity were compared. Сorrelations between agro-meteorological fac- tors, nodules number and productivity were determined. In one of these experiments there were watering and using of start doses of fertilizers (PK)45. The remaining experiments were carried out in a natural agricultural background without irrigation. The seeds yield of local cultivars (Gornal, Ufim- skaya, Zolotiataya) in homogeneous soil conditions on leached chernozem (Ufa district) ranged from 18 to 22 kg/ha. -

Akmulla, Ufa, 450008, Russia Abstract. This article sheds light on the role diatomic algae in soils play in the assessment of bee farm and nearby territories in four soil and landscape zones in Samarskaya Oblast. The community of diatomic algae is characterized by low species diversity, of which 23 taxons were found. The most often found species are represented by Hantzschia amphioxys (Ehrenberg) Grunow in Cleve & Grunow and Luticola mutica (Kützing) D.G.Mann in Round et al. The maximum of phyla (18) were found in the buffer (transient) zone; in the wooded steppe zone, 11 species were recorded; in the steppe – 2 species, and in the dry steppe zone no species of diatomic algae were found. The qualitative and quantitative characteristics of diatomic algae communities in various biotopes depend on the natural and climate features of a territory and the degree of the anthropogenic impact on the soil and vegetation, which is proved by the fact that high species wealth signifies that the ecosystem is stable and resilient to the changing conditions in the environment, while poor algal flora is less resilient due to the lower degree of diversity. 1 Introduction Diatomic algae play a special role in habitats with extreme conditions [6, 7]. -

The article deals with the issues of strategic territorial development in Russian regions and municipalities and the analytical tools for studying them. analytical tools, gaming While there is a diversity of tools for studying large municipalities, the choice of techniques, strategic territorial tools for smaller urban and rural settlements is quite limited. The data for the analysis were obtained from federal, re- gional and municipal statistics; municipal information systems of settlements of Voronezh region; municipal information system MISS ‘Volost’; and from the executive authorities of Voronezh region. Results. The analysis of the set of in- dicators, including the municipal product to GRP, for the period between 2006 FOR CITATION and 2015 has shown that the town of Liski is one of the leading municipalities in Voronezh district (the municipal product of Liskinsky accounts for over 5% of Solosina, M.I., Shchepina, I.N. -

The article considers features of cadastral valuation of agricultural lands occupied by water bodies. The research is based on natural water bodies of the Samara region water fund. A methodology for determining the cadastral value of agricultural lands occupied by artificial water bodies is proposed. The methodology links the land value with the size of the land plot, profit and such objects as dams and other hydraulic structures located within the land plot. The paper confirmed the suggestion that the owner of the land that shall be used for the construction of a pond has the right to the added value of land in the amount of return rate of contributed capital (26.28%). The cadastral value of 1 square meter of agricultural land is 3.11 rubles. 1 Introduction The fourth type of permitted use of land plots includes agricultural lands occupied by water bodies and used for entrepreneurial activity [1, 2]. Water bodies refer to artificial ponds and impoundments [3]. Natural water bodies refer to the water fund of the Samara region. In the rural real estate market, only ponds and impoundments that can be used for fish and game farming are traded. -
