July Newsletter July Newsletter A Note From The Oce Summer is in full swing and we are having a blast teaching and learning with our students! We've enjoyed bike day each Thursday and spending extra time outside with the beautiful weather. Our PreK classes have been enjoying a dance class each Wednesday, they had fun painting with Arts on Fire, and they all worked so hard during their basketball camp at the beginning of June! We can't wait to get back to normal and have our families back in the building! A few reminders: we are asking all adults in the building to wear a mask during drop-off and pick-up as our little learners are too young to receive the vaccine. Also, we will be doing "hallway drop-off" and will no longer be using the car pool system. We're excited to have everyone back inside the building where you can see your children in action inside the classroom! Have a great week and stay safe this holiday weekend!! -Peyton and Britt Important Update! We will no longer be asking children to wear masks at school! If you would still like your child to wear one, you are more than welcome to bring them one. Otherwise, no need to worry about bringing them back and forth each day! Staff and parents will still be asked to wear them in the building. As guidelines continue to change, we will keep everyone updated about changes within the school! How Our Preschool Prepares Children for the Future Preschool is the rst introduction to a lifetime of learning, a journey that should start off on the right foot. Children learn numbers, letters, shapes and colors, but also the important social and emotional skills needed for success in kindergarten and beyond. Our school combines learning experiences and structured play in a safe and nurturing environment. Our entire focus is making sure children are happy, thriving and ready for what comes next. We offer far more than just child care. Below are a few reasons why preschool is so important and why our school is the perfect choice. Preschool Builds Foundational Academic Skills It’s never too early to introduce children to basic literacy and math skills. Our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum begins with our infants and is organized into ve developmental stages incorporating eight subject areas. It is robust, yet exible, empowering our teachers to meet the needs of each child. Our students have constant access to books, encouraging them to explore printed text and make connections between printed words and illustrations. Hands-on experiences with basic math concepts help children learn the foundation of addition, subtraction, and different ways to compare quantities. Preschool Helps Develop Social-Emotional Skills The preschool years are a crucial time for children to interact with peers, learn how to share, resolve conicts, talk about their feelings and develop empathy for others. Each day, our students engage in hands-on activities in our fun and stimulating learning centers. Whether building a tower in the construction center, playing make-believe with friends in the dramatic play center or conducting an experiment in the science center, they have fun developing social-emotional skills as they move throughout the classroom. Preschool Fosters Creativity and Curiosity Young children have active imaginations and are naturally curious about the world around them. Our classrooms are warm, nurturing environments designed to support learning and encourage curiosity. Through music, art and imaginative play, our students learn self-expression and creative thinking. During circle time, a classroom community is built as students share opinions and ask questions. Love our School? Leave us a Review! In today’s connected world, many families turn to online reviews to learn more about the reputation of schools. Just a reminder that you can nd our school on Facebook, Google, Yelp and other online directories. We’d love more families like yours, so please consider spreading the word about our school..

I believe that this is because the Buddha’s basic approach was to prescribe a different treatment for every spiritual ailment, much as a doctor prescribes a different medicine for every medical ailment. Thus his teachings were always appropriate for the par ticular suffering individual and for the time at which the teaching was given, and over the ages not one of his prescriptions has failed to relieve the suffering to which it was addressed. Ever since the Buddha’s Great Demise over twenty-five hundred years ago, his message of wisdom and compassion has spread through out the world.

So you want to look big? Marketing insights from The Bra Queen. Tim: Lukey, Lukey, Lukey, welcome back, mate. Episode 13, lucky 13, I reckon. Luke: Indeed. Tim: How are you? Luke: I’m very well. And yourself, Tim? Tim: Mate, I am ripping today, I’m really excited. We just listened back to this show before we did our intro. Luke: We both found it very entertaining. Tim: Very entertaining, very entertaining. Luke: And we certainly hope you do too. Tim: Yeah, yeah, there’s a lot of gold with this guest. We won’t reveal who it is until we go straight into the interview because we’ll just keep it a bit secret, just for that little bit longer. Luke: Yeah, and we’re not actually going to drop in bits and pieces like we usually do. Tim: Nah, didn’t need to. Luke: We’re just going to let it roll. We sort of felt it came together and everything was included so… Tim: Actually it’s interesting, I thought that drop in thing, because everyone who listens…who feeds back on the podcast on our show says I love the way you drop in. Luke: Yeah. Tim: And I thought, you know, oh that’s kind of…that’s kind of part of our brand, that’s what we do. But it’s interesting we’re not going to do that today, because we…it’s not that we don’t feel the need to but the interview flows really well and we’re kind of happy with how that happens.

The Housing Authority is in month seven of a seventeen month process that was triggered by HUD’s December 2016 Smoke-Free Public Housing Rule. INFORMATION TO USERS While the most advanced technology has been used to photograph and reproduce this manuscript, the quality of the reproduction is heavily dependent upon the quality of the material submitted. For example: • Manuscript pages may have indistinct print. In such cases, the best available copy has been filmed. • Manuscripts may not always be complete. In such cases, a note will indicate that it is not possible to obtain missing pages. • Copyrighted material may have been removed from the manuscript. In such cases, a note will indicate the deletion. Oversize materials (e.g., maps, drawings, and charts) are photographed by sectioning the original, beginning at the upper left-hand corner and continuing from left to right in equal sections with small overlaps. Each oversize page is also filmed as one exposure and is available, for an additional charge, as a standard 35mm slide or as a 17”x 23” black and white photographic print. Most photographs reproduce acceptably on positive microfilm or microfiche but lack the clarity on xerographic copies made from the microfilm. For an additional charge, 35mm slides of 6”x 9” black and white photographic prints are available for any photographs or illustrations that cannot be reproduced satisfactorily by xerography.
