Public passenger transport in Ekurhuleni: Current issues and future prospects by Zwelethu. C. Tshoba A mini-dissertation submitted in fulfilment for the Degree of Magister Commercii in Business Management FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT At the UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG Supervisor: Dr V Mostert 2013 Declaration I certify that the minor dissertation submitted by me for the degree Master’s of Commerce (Business Management) at the University of Johannesburg is my independent work and has not been submitted by me for a degree at another university. Zwelethu C. Tshoba Page ii Dedication I would like to dedicate this research document to the Mighty LORD. As I embarked on this journey I put YOU first and without fail YOU have come through for me. Not once did YOU ever leave my side. All the challenges I faced YOU made it possible for me to overcome the obstacles that stood in my path. YOU put all the right people and created a conducive environment in my life to help me achieve this great milestone. It is through YOUR NAME, LORD, that mine will remain in history books as being one of a few to have reached this key milestone. According to the book of John 12:44 Jesus said, “He who believes in me in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me”. It is this belief inside of me that has carried me through this course and helped me prevail. It is my prayer, dear LORD, that in light of this great achievement and others that await me, I will continue to serve just YOU whilst remaining humble and help others less fortunate than me which is the reason I believe YOU gave me life. Page iii Acknowledgments I would like to acknowledge and thank my supervisor Dr V. Mostert for his dedication and guidance towards making this research document a reality.
