Introduction We as humans exist on basis of learning & share, learning is a fact that make us able to judge and express on basis of common facts called factors. Tracking these facts & getting control over those factors requires countless efforts. We are thank full to ALLAH ALMIGHTY who granted us such an opportunity to learns & share. Our great thank to Prophet HAZRAT MOHAMMAD (S.A.W.), who track us on right way. It is a common belief that competition is good for the performance of firms. Thus, when speaking of competition,We think of firms competing against each other for the demand for their products.(http://mpra.ub.uni-muenchen.de/18898/1/200924x10pub.pdf) As per our assignment we have decide to evaluate education sector of Gujrat, Pakistan. Our source of information contains a big portion from direct visits, we find critical success factors as Faculty, Quality education, Infrastructure, Fee structure & Networking. We have evaluate Gujrat college of commerce as basis organization, superior college of commerce & Punjab college of commerce as competitive organizations. Here is the introduction of the institution which we have selected. About Punjab Group of Colleges (PGC) The Punjab Group of Colleges established its first facility, the Punjab College of Commerce. In 1985 in Muslim Town on Canal Bank in Lahore, followed a few years later by the Punjab Law College. Since then the Punjab Group (PGC) has successfully branched out into various cities of Punjab. Following arrangements with foreign accredited universities, Punjab College of Business Administration (PCBA) was established in 1991 and Punjab Institute of Computer Science (PICS), in 1993, at Lahore. Both institutions emerged as highly specialized schools, training individuals as successful professional managers and computer scientists. Superior colleges (SC) In the year 2000 when the world entered a new millennium, South Asian Educational Promotion Network was making plans to develop educational facilities in Pakistan. SAEPN was in search of such leadership which could carry their aims with full responsibility and make that project a success in Pakistan. They found that leadership spark in the personality of Prof. Dr. Ch. Abdul Rehman, a young passionate educationist filled with lots of enthusiasm to contribute big for his country and to bring a positive change in the society. The amalgamation of two purposeful giants proved fruitful and the first campus with the name of Superior College started working in 31- Tipu Block, New Garden Town, and Lahore. The ideal mix of team members was selected to run this passionate institution. It was the purity of purpose that in the very first year of its establishment Superior College secured an enrolment of 1,000 students. Gujrat Group of Colleges (GGC) Gujrat Group of Colleges is one of the top ranked private educational organizations of Gujrat. Many experienced and qualified educators are teaching in Gujrat Group of Colleges. To get rid of Tuition Culture is most prominent distinction of Gujrat Group of Colleges. Monthly Progress Reports are provided directly to parents/guardians through Courier Service / Registered Post. These reports include attendance, test results and teacher remarks.GGC has recently built a 3 storey own campus for Gujrat College of Commerce for Boys. College also provides Carrier Counseling and advice for higher study. GGC is affiliated with Punjab University and Gujranwala Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.Scholarships and free education is offered to distinctive students. Faculty in GGC. The competitive profile matrix identifies a firm’s major competitors and its particular strengths and weaknesses in relation to a sample firm’s strategic position. The critical success factors in a CPM include both internal and external issues; therefore, yhe ratings refer to strengths and weaknesses, where 4= major strength, 3= minor strength, 2= minor weakness and 1= major weakness. The ratings and total weighted scores for rival firms can be compared to the sample firm. This comparative analysis provides important internal strategic information. Gujrat College has major strength in their faculty & quality education. Superior college has strength on its networking, infrastructure & fee structure. Gujrat College has competitive advantage because of its experienced faculty. Punjab college has competitive advantage on locations & class environment Recommendations: According to the above results we recommend that Gujrat College should uplift its infrastructure as well as fee structure and networking to compete with its rival institutions. In the above results we can se that Superior college is a little bit weak in faculty so they should hire more qualified and experienced teachers. We recommend to the Punjab college to increase in qualified staff in the institution to meet the competition with its opposite institutions. Another recommendation for Punjab college is to enhance their networking to become the top institution in Gujrat. .
