COPD – Every other Tuesday Meet your Neighbours – First Coffee Chat of Each Month An opportunity for those who are new to the program to chat with @11am some of the SCWW veterans ask questions and learn more about the program. Caregivers – Last COPD Wellness – Starts Monday, January 7 at 10am and takes Monday of Every place every Monday and Wednesday for 8-weeks, 90-minute Month @7pm sessions. The COPD Wellness Program is a group for anyone who has barriers attending a pulmonary rehab program, or who has LGBT+ attended a workshop in the past and would like a refresher.
