Northern Railway Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) For Northern Railway Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Contract of Commercial Advertisement Rights over specified areas over Ambala Division. Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager Northern Railway, Ambala Division invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed/experienced advertising agencies so as to arrive at expected revenue potential for future contracts of Commercial Advertisement Rights over Specified areas over Ambala Division. The following areas are available at the stations for display of advertisements through :- 1. Unipoles, Glow signs Board, Non lit boards, Pole Kiosks, Video Walls, LEDs at Platforms, Concourse Area, Circulating Area, FOB (Foot over Bridge) are available for Commercial Publicity namely at Major stations and minor stations over Ambala Division:- Major Stations:- Barara, Jagadhari Workshop, Saharanpur, Rajpura, Mandi Govindgarh, Khanna, Doraha`, Nabha, Dhuri, Barnala, Tapa, Sangrur, Sunam, Ahmedgarh, Gill, Malerkotla, Ropar, Nangal Dam SASN (Mohali), Solan, Barog, Dharampur Himachal. For Commercial Publicity, the EOI “FOR DISPLAY OF VINYL STICKERS ON INTERIOR PANEL OF SHATABDI EXPRES TRAIN No. 12045/12046” of AMBALA DIVISION NORTHERN RAILWAY is invited . 5. To enhance scale of Passenger Amenities at Railway stations over Ambala Division, it has been decided to involve individuals, NGOs Trusts/Institutions, Charitable Institutions, Corporate etd. Under this scheme, the interested parties can provide the Passenger Amenities at Railway stations over Ambala Division. The details of items are as under:- “Wheel Chairs, Dustbins, luggage trolleys, Benches, battery operated platform Cars, Drinking Water Coolers, LED based station name, Fans, exhaust fans, Electricals items, Cleaning Machines for cleaning at stations, Stretcher, Ambulance. Etc.” , For providing of Passenger Amenities at any stations over Ambala Division, please contact concerned Station Manager or Station Supdt. of the station . Eligibility Criteria for participants: 1. The interested parties should have a minimum experience of two years in the field of advertising field. 2. The firm should have sound financial capability and turn over during last two financial years relating to advertising business. 5. Proposed rates for display @per sq. ft. at above mentioned area at the stations or Railway Level crossing etc. separately. The prospective parties may visit the stations/sections before framing the proposals and send to this office for taking further necessary action.     LOKAYUKTA HARYANA ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2017-2018 (01.04.2017 TO 31.03.2018) I had taken oath as Lokayukta of Haryana on 19 th July, 2016 and this is my 2 nd annual report on the functioning of Lokayukta Institution for the aforesaid period under report being submitted to the Hon’ble Governor of Haryana as required under Section 17 (3) of the Haryana Lokayukta Act, 2002. The Lokayukta is an anti-corruption authority constituted at the State level. It investigates allegations of corruption and mal-administration against public servants and is tasked with speedy redressal of public grievances. The origin of the Lokayukta can be traced to the Ombudsmen in Scandinavian countries. The Administrative Reforms Commission, (1966-70), had recommended the creation of the Lokpal at the Centre and Lokayukta in the States. The Lokayukta is created as a Statutory Authority with a fixed tenure to enable it to discharge its functions independently and impartially. Members of the public can directly approach the Lokayukta with complaints of corruption, nepotism or any other form of mal-administration against any government official. With a view to address the problems of redressal of citizens’ grievances, the President of India, vide notification 2 dated 40/3/65-AR(P) dated 05.01.1966, appointed the Administrative Reforms Commission. The object for appointing the Commission was to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and integrity in the public services, for making public administration an effective instrument for carrying out the social and economic policies of the Government and achieving social and economic goals of development for the benefit of citizens of the country.

Dated, Chandigarh, the 1st January, 1986 Subject : Grant of Dearness Allowance to Haryana Govt. Employees. Sir, I am directed to refer to note-1 under para 1 of Finance Departments circular letter No. 4/1/80-3FR-II, dated 2.4.80, according to which the amount of dearness allowance admissible on pay of Rs. 2400/- per month and above is to be reduced by the amount of A.D.A. I & II merged at the time of fixation of pay in the revised scales. The matter has been considered further and it has now been decided that in the cases of officers drawing the revised pay scale of Rs. 2500-2750 they will be paid dearness allowance at full rates, with effect from the date of issue of this letter without any reduction on account of merger of such A.D.A. in the revised scale of pay. 2. This special concession which is not due to them will, however, be neutralized or withdrawal on receipt of the recommendations of the fourth Central Pay Commissioner in regard to revision of pay scales. 3.
