As of June 2018, we are pleased to be located in Seattle’s iconic Columbia Center building. Measuring 76 stories in height, it is the tallest in town (at least for now!). While it’s not hard to spot the building from afar, we know navigating can be tricky - so here are directions on how to come visit us, whether by car, bus, or light rail.

Traveling Northbound on I-5 • Take the Madison Street exit (Exit #164A). • Turn left on Madison Street. • Turn left on 5th Avenue. • Travel two blocks south and turn right on Columbia Street • Follow the signs into the parking garage that will be on your left. If you get to 4th Ave, you’ve gone too far. In that case, just take a right on 4th and circle the block (around the Rainier Club).

Traveling Southbound on I-5 • Take the James Street exit (Exit #165A). • Use the right lane to merge onto 6th Avenue. • Turn right onto Columbia Street. • Travel one and a half blocks and follow the signs into the parking garage that will be on your left. If you get to 4th Ave, you’ve gone too far. In that case, just take a right on 4th and circle the block (around the Rainier Club) • Note that the Express Lanes may also be an option depending on the time of day (take the Columbia Street exit from the Express Lanes and stay right as you exit)

Traveling Westbound on I-90 • Follow the northbound I-5/Vancouver B.C. signs (Exit #2C). • Take the Madison Street exit. Keep right, follow signs for Madison St/Convention Pl and merge onto 7th Avenue.. • Turn left on Madison Street. • Turn left on 5th Avenue. • Travel two blocks south and turn right on Columbia Street • Follow the signs into the parking garage that will be on your left. If you get to 4th Ave, you’ve gone too far. In that case, just take a right on 4th and circle the block (around the Rainier Club).
