Corpo, Memória E AIDS Na Obra De Caio Fernando Abreu
Homoafetividade. AIDS. Intimidade. Abstract The work of Caio Fernando Abreu projects in his writings subjective and fictional maps. Death, AIDS, life and memory are portrayed in the writer's ouvre. The presence of the theme of homoaffectionalism, the camp and queer humour and the disclosing tone of Caio's short stories, novels and chronicles creates spaces of intimacy between the writer and the reader. Keywords: Caio Fernando. Homoaffectionalism. AIDS. Intimacy. -

Laura Davis Wins Gold!
Cecil Andrews News SPECIAL EDITION: TERM 4 2015 School Ball Kadence wins Cockburn Idol Girls in S.T.E.M VET Awards Relay for Life Visit from the Premier In the spotlight: Laura Davis wins gold! cecilandrewsshs.wa.edu.au Visit from the Premier Community consultation last year about public secondary schooling in the Armadale area showed that local parents wanted to see the best possible education provided for their children, with a range of opportunities for them to learn and grow. The State Government announced in a visit to the school by the Premier Colin Barnett that Cecil Andrews Senior High School would have an academic focus, with changes to be in place for the start of the 2017 school year. A new building will be constructed for science, technology, engineering and mathematics subjects – including laboratories, a lecture theatre and preparation areas. Principal Stella Jinman said that Cecil Andrews Senior High School welcomed a fresh vision. “We’re passionate about education – my team of educators are very dedicated and hard-working,” Ms Jinman said. “We’re delighted that the Government is investing in us, in an area of need. I am delighted Cecil Andrews has been recognised as a hub for learning in the community. This funding will see a further expansion of our high quality teaching and learning programs. The change of focus provides opportunities to hand select the very best specialist academic staff for the extension program for Year 7s to Year 10s, ensuring the very best outcomes for our students. “I think it will be a very modern, 21st century look at what can be done, thinking about an imaginative and creative model of education that is responsive to the community. -

As Cartas Epifânicas De Caio Fernando Abreu: a Escrita De Urgência
Luciene Candia AS CARTAS EPIFÂNICAS DE CAIO FERNANDO ABREU: A ESCRITA DE URGÊNCIA Dissertação apresentada ao Programa de Pós- Graduação em Estudos Literários-PPGEL, da Universidade do Estado de Mato Grosso - UNEMAT- como requisito parcial para a obtenção do título de Mestre em Estudos Literários, na área de Letras, sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Aroldo José Abreu Pinto. Tangará da Serra, 2011 2 PAULA, BERLIM, 1889. GEORGE EASTMAN HOUSE. Fotógrafo: Alfred Stieglitz (1864-1946) 3 À memória de Elivelton Candia, com amor. Caio Fernando Abreu Renato Russo Cazuza Freddy Mercury Reinaldo Arenas Edward W. Said Pela beleza. -

Whether you walk your dog, head out with your family for a day hike, or have taken on the challenge to become a Thousand-Miler, the Ice Age National Scenic Trail provides a chance for quiet recreation while following the glacial history of Wisconsin. During the past year, a record number of people discovered the Ice Age Trail, and the Alliance membership has grown to over 4,500 strong. I’m excited to welcome all our new members. 2020 was an excellent year for land acquisition, thanks to the many who contributed to our land protection efforts. It was also the year where despite COVID-19 limitations, 1,499 volunteers donated 53,297 hours as dedicated caretakers of our wonderful Trail. While some of our efforts understandably shifted during the pandemic, we continued to maintain our high standards of providing a top-notch Trail experience for all. In 2021, I invite you to join one of the small-scale Trailbuilding and Stewardship Reconnect projects available through your chapter or one of the large-scale events scheduled later this summer. -
