Davis, Jr., has been nominated by President Taft for United States Attorney for New Mexico. '05-Frank Kenna has recently become a member of the Democratic State Committee of Connecticut. '07-After several years of apprenticeship as a reporter and in the business offices of the New York Tribune, Ogden Mills Reid has been ,elected president of the Tribune Association. It was announced on January 16 that hereafter he will take a leading part in directing the news- paper property with which his family has long been associated. '09-Arthur E. Moreton is engaged in the practice of law at Salt Lake City, Utah. His address is Deseret National Bank Building, in care of LMoyle & Van Cott, attorneys at law. SCHOOL AND ALUMNI NOTES '09-John L. Cashel, Jr., is practicing law in Portland, Ore. His -address is 514 Sweetland Building. '09-Arthur W. Chambers has resigned his position with Watrous & Day, New Haven, Conn., to accept the position of private secretary to -Congressman Tilson. His address is 303 House Office Building, Wash- ington, D. C. '09-Henry O'Keefe, Jr., has opened law offices in Grand Forks, N. D. '10-Eldon L. Hilditch has succeeded to the position of Town Clerk of Enfield, Conn., to which he was elected at the annual October election. '10-The correct address of Archibald S. Goldflam is 511 Merchants Trust Building, Los Angeles, Cal. '10-The engagement is announced of Miss Madeleine Bruggerhof, Aaughter of Mrs. Archibald Henderson Smith of Stamford, Conn., to William Malcolm Foord of that city. '11-Malcolm H. Clark is practicing law in Portland, Ore. His offices are with his brother, Alfred E. Clark, Yeon Building. 'll-Lewis M. Sawyer, Jr., is doing advanced work in the Kansas University at Lawrence, Kan. '11-Charles W. Darling has been admitted to practice law in the state of New York. He is at present in the law offices of Maas, Trow- bridge & Fitzgerald at 87 Nassau Street. '11-Frank R. Hurlbutt is with Attorney H. F. Lawrence at 40 Pine Street, New York City. '11-Myron M. Gibbons is practicing law in Oklahoma City. His address is State National Bank Building, in care of Embry & Hastings. '11-John M. Joye is practicing law in Portland, Ore. His address is 534 Chamber of Commerce. Ex-'1-William V. Cowan has his office with Chauncey H. Dunn at .506 Nicolans Building, Sacramento, Cal. '11-Robert F. Reeves has formed a partnership with W. C. Welborn, of Greenfield, Ind. Mr. Reeves recently received the Democratic nomi- -nation for representative of Hancock County to the State Legislature. '11-H. F. Day has recently been appointed claims adjuster with the Minneapolis & St. Louis Railroad Company. '11-Roy A.
