TOM DOORLEY’S SUGGESTIONS  The Beach House, Tramore, Co Waterford – is a new restaurant and from the people who brought us The Fish Shop in Dublin this is Tom’s top pick.  The Tannery, Dungarvan, Co Waterford  Andchips by Eunice Power in Dungarvan, Co Waterford some of the best takeaway you’ll enjoy.  Everett’s, Waterford city  Kelly’s Hotel, Rosslare, Co Wexford  Cistín Eile, Wexford town  Kai Café, Galway – Jess Murphy has fun, no nonsense and massively flavoursome food.  Kin Khao Thai, Athlone, Co Westmeath – reopening July 8th for authentic keenly priced Thai food.
