1 INTRODUCTION
NYC Plaza Program Concessions
• The NYC Plaza Program allows partners to generate revenue for plaza maintenance through the management and operation of subconcessions. • A permanent subconcession kiosk provides the most regular and reliable revenue stream for plaza partners. • A preapproved standard kiosk ensures citywide continuity and reduces timelines and costs for plaza partners. • Based on location and need, plaza partners could incorporate a non- standard design, pending LPC’s approval nyc.gov/dot 2 PROTOTYPICAL PLAZA KIOSK

• Dimensions 9’ x 12’ x 10’ • Designed for standard commercial equipment, fixtures and fittings • Unfinished interior so to allow for flexibility in use types • Largely prefabricated
• ADA accessible • No greater than $50,000 / unit
