In Dariyabad block it is least 13% - 59% of registered pregnant woman were received 3 ANC checkups. - 81% of pregnant woman received TT2/BD, where as 83% of ANC’s were received 100 IFA tablets. - 68% of registered pregnant woman were having Hb level<11. - only 3.6% hypertansive is dedected. in District. - In MCTS Mother registration is only 83% We nned to verify .but in HMIS it is 94% Delivery: - Only 62% deliveries are reported. 38% deliveries are missing. need to strenthen the reporting of home delivery and private facility. - 90% institutional deliveries take place in District. - 10% deliveries were conducted at home. - 78% of women were discharged with in 48 hour of delivery . 52% women ricieved postpartum checkup against reported delivery. - 79% delivered women recieved JSY incentive. - Complication management during delivery has been done only 4%. - Child Health: - 61% children were registered on MCTS portal where it is 63% as per HMIS. - 94% children were weighed at birth out of which 10% having LBW. - 91% breastfeded within 1 hour of birth. - 20 still birth were reported per 1000 live birth. - 89% 0 to 11 month children recieved BCG., 34% has been recieved OPV 0 and 22%HEP 0 against live birth. - Measles is 79% and fully immunized child is 76% against estimated live birth. - Family Planning - Delivery of limmiting services are very poor in district. Only 63 male sterlization and 5082 Female sterlization occured in District . - District achieved 85% of spacing method method services.
