THAWANI UNDER SECRETARY TO THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA F.No.6l6/3/73-OPinM - 4 - E/UL.1974/29 Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3> sub-section (i) 15 December 1973 Agrahayana, 1895(Saka) GOVERNMENT OP INDIA Ministry of Finance - Department of Revenue and Insurance NOTIFICATION NO. 12 - Dangerous Drugs New Delhi, 15 December 1973 24 Agrahayana, 1895(s) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of section 3 of the Opium Act, 1857 (13 of 1857) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 16 - Dangerous Drugs dated 10 December, 1966, the Central Government hereby appoints:- (i) the Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior, (ii) the Deputy Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior, (iii) the Deputy Narcotics Commissioner, Ghazipur, (iv) the Deputy Narcotics Commissioner, Neemuch and (v) the Deputy Narcotics Commissioner, Kota, as Opium Agents to superintend the provision of Opium for the Central Government in the States of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
