Rentable space of the building is 74,000㎡ 両ビルの土地は共有、建物はﾎﾃﾙ棟と ｵﾌｨｽ棟が一体となった区分所有の共同ビル Two buildings stand on the same land. The hotel and the office are connected at lower level.
