CO VĚDÍ A JAK SE DÍVAJÍ NA NĚKTERÉ MÓDNÍ ZPŮSOBY ZDOBENÍ TĚLA A JEJICH ZDRAVOTNÍ RIZIKA ŽÁCI DRUHÉHO STUPNĚ ZÁKLADNÍ ŠKOLY* Petr Kachlík, Marie Havelková, Kateřina Vrbecká Anotace: Anonymně byl osloven vzorek 321 žáků 6.-9. tříd dvou ZŠ (Brno, Kroměříž). Dotazník o 10 položkách mapoval u respondentů vědomosti, názory a výskyt módních způsobů zdobení těla (zvi. tetování a piercingu). Získaná data byla statisticky zpracována (ANOVA, X2). Z výsledků vyplynulo, že žáci přikládají velký význam uznání v okruhu svých vrstevníků a svému vzhledu, s věkem jejich postoj posiluje. Osoby ozdobené piercingem vzbuzují zájem a jsou významně více (p < 0,01) přitažlivé pro děti ve vyšších ročnících ZŠ. S věkem respondentů též roste počet těch, kteří po piercingu touží, zvláště ve velkoměstském prostředí. Desetina dotazovaných v 9. třídě již piercing vlastní, tři čtvrtiny respondentů jsou přesvědčeny o jeho zdravotních rizicích. Obliba tetování výrazně posiluje s věkem (p< 0,05), u pětiny vzorkuje takto ozdoben někdo z rodiny. Přijetí tetování jako způsobu sebevyjádření a umění i přání nosit je na těle posilují s věkem, opět zvláště ve velkoměstě. Tetovaný člověk vzbuzuje zájem, vyvolává dojem originality a atraktivity. K hlavním zdravotním rizikům tetování a piercingu patří hnisavé záněty kůže a sliznic, možný vnik obtížně řešitelných jizev, poškození cévního a nervového systému, průnik infekce do vnitřního prostředí organismu, přenos původců virové hepatitídy, AIDS, nosičství virové hepatitídy typu B s těžkým poškozením jater, alergické reakce, v ústech poškození zubů a dásní, v uchu dráždění akupunkturních bodů s hrozícím negativním ovlivněním funkce orgánů, na genitáliích trvalé bolesti a infekce, obecně možná aktivace nádorového bujení.
