Elevated views of the floodlit Twin Towers provide a spectacular backdrop to this open-fronted outlet. South America is a continent of many national and regional cuisines and Fuego has selected popular styles and dishes from across the land plus some from neighbouring Mexico and Central America. Diners are encouraged to sample various dishes with sharing plates facilitating the process. Ceviche is available in four ways with barramundi, prawn, snapper and salmon prepared in lime. Grilled watermelon with fried halloumi, pickled tomato and raspberry vinegar is one of the more unique entrées. Enjoy desserts such as banana and salted caramel mini magnum ice cream plus a crunchy cookie and banana cream. Wines and spirits such as rums, tequilas and piscos feature on the beverages list. Like all outlets at Troika, bookings are essential with two seatings at 6pm and 8.30pm. www.troikaskydining.com New Japanese Restaurant at Pullman Bangsar Gohan Japanese Restaurant has just opened in a secluded location on the first floor of the Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar to offer what Chef Hoi claims is traditional Japanese cuisine which, according to him, means serving kaiseki (dégustation) or seasonal dishes. The dynamic young chef trained in Singapore under Chef Hirohashi at Kumo Kaiseki Restaurant and then his passion for authentic Japanese food took him to Japan for two years on-the-job training. -

FALL 2020 The frst semester was flled with excursions, including the group trip to Vienna, Letter from Salzburg, July 2020 snowshoeing in the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, a jaunt to Golling an der Salzach to witness the infamous Perchtenlauf, a visit to the Salzburg ORF studio as well as a By Graduate Students Mason Wirtz and thorough tour of nearly every church in Salzburg. In October, an AYA alumnus, Erich Alexandra Brinkman (2019-20) Hise (1980-81) invited the group to dinner at Augustinerbräu. As in the previous year, AYA alumnus Daniel McMackin (2009-10, M.A. 2011), a sales manager for Only a short while PFM Medical in Cologne, gave a presentation in which he discussed integration ago the AYA into the German-speaking workforce. AnTir Heraldic ACHIEVEMENTS Document History: Compiled and composed by Torric inn Bjorn, May XXVIII/1993 - Edited and revised by Elizabeth Braidwood and Frederic Badger, May XXXIV/1999 - Rewritten and revised by Frederic Badger, October XXXIX/2004. This document is based on the result of a meeting that was held at the 1993 AnTir Kingdom Heraldic Symposium. Attendees included: Laurel Sovereign of Arms Bruce Draconarius of Mistholme, Kingdom Staff heralds including Black Lion Drogo the Forgetful, representatives of the Scribal authority including (we believe) Chief Scribe Eleanor the Clumsy and other interested parties. Further information was added in discussion with Black Lion Guerin de Bourgogne and arranged and updated by Zenobia Naphtali, Elizabeth Braidwood, Celdae the Seeker and Frederic Badger. This format was edited and revised by Bronwen Elgars, February XXXVIII/2004 for the purposes of printing a pamphlet as a teaching aid for the An Tir Heraldic Achievements Ithra class. Rewritten and revised by Bronwen Sable Sable, February XLIV/2010 for addition of pamphlet form to the An Tir College of Scribes website. What is an Achievement? An Achievement is a “formal” display of personal or civic armory. Armory is often used in informal methods of display, such as painting the heraldic device onto personal belongings or stitching it onto a field banner. Sometimes, however, a formal display of personal armory is called for, as on an official document detailing an Award, Grant or Patent of Arms modeled after similar period recordings. An Achievement always includes some sort of shield shape, upon which the arms are rendered. It may also contain other elements, called “addiments” which surround the shield. -
