Parking will begin Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 10 a.m. in order from kart track first then pit entrance Parking in the infield for any Super DIRTcar Series/DIRTcar Big Block Modified Competitor will not be permitted. Credentials: 2013 Super DIRTcar Big Block Series Modified Platinum Membership Credentials for teams will be valid for the 43rd Annual DIRTcar Nationals presented by Summit Racing Equipment. 2014 DIRTcar Memberships will be available for purchase. Event Specific Rules; Only the following tires will be permitted for competition in any Super DIRTcar Series events during the DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park; Hoosier “ D300, “D400 or D500. The D200 will not be permitted. Heat and Feature Race Points will be awarded. Time Trial points will not be awarded. 2014 Super DIRTcar Big Block Modified Series Competitor Notes 1 43rd Annual DIRTcar Nationals presented by Summit Racing Equipment Competitor Notes Continued; ‘30’-Lap Event First Night; Group Hot Laps. Hot Laps will be ‘timed’ to determine Qualifying Race Line Up(s). 26 Car Field Maximum 4 heats (8-laps) with 5 cars from each qualifying for ‘A’ Feature 2 ‘B’-Features (10-laps) with 3 cars transferring (if necessary) ‘Heads Up’ Start for Feature from Qualifying events (No draw) ‘30’-Lap Event Second and Third Night; Group Hot Laps. Hot Laps will be ‘timed’ to determine Qualifying Race Line Up(s). 26 Car Field Maximum 4 heats (8-laps) with 5 cars from each qualifying for ‘A’ Feature 2 ‘B’-Features (10-laps) with 2 cars transferring (if necessary) 2 Provisional Positions to highest finishing point earners not to qualify through the ‘B’-Features (Top 8 – 1st and 2nd – from each heat Redraw – ‘At Trailer’) ‘50’-Lap Event Final Night; Group Hot Laps. Prepare by having spare tires and/or the necessary equipment ready at all times. *** Payoff will be at the trailer each night following post-race inspection. Event Specific Race Procedures; - All starts are side-by-side until the green flag is displayed. - All restarts will take place in the area of the inside wall opening in turn four, passing may not take place until your vehicle reaches this point. - The leader is the control car on all starts and/or restarts. - The leader has choice, inside or outside on the original start and/or all restarts. - All restarts will double-file with lead lap cars to the front, lapped cars will drop to the inside under caution and rejoin the field beginning after the last car on the lead lap in their order of running on the race track at the time of the caution. Lapped cars will be signaled to do so on the ‘one-way’ radio. - There will be no ‘EZ Pass’ Awarded in any race during the DIRTcar Nationals. - All races will end with a green-white-checker finish. - Cautions laps will not count in any race during the DIRTcar Nationals Super DIRTcar Big Block Modified Series events. - One-way radios are mandatory – two-way radios will not be permitted. INSPECTION NOTE: Be prepared for tire(s) and/or tire sample(s) to Post Race Weights: be taken at each event. Prepare by having spare tires and/or the Big Block Mods = 2,500 lbs necessary equipment ready at all times. DIRTcar 500 Spec. = 2,500 lbs 358 Mods Ported Intake and Optional Exhaust = 2,500 lbs *** Note: There will be post-race inspection in the infield at the scales 358 Mods Stock Intake & Spec Exhaust = 2,400 lbs after each event (weather permitting). Mark Hitchcock will be at the 358 Mods Ported Iron Heads = 2,650 scales. 2014 Super DIRTcar Big Block Modified Series Competitor Notes 2 43rd Annual DIRTcar Nationals presented by Summit Racing Equipment All Modified Series MANDATORY Decal Placement 2014 Bulletin regarding Super DIRTcar Series, DIRTcar, Mr. DIRTcar Series Decal Placement: To be eligible for contingency awards, based on the 2014 contingency agreements participating manufacturer decals are mandatory. The decal must be the actual in decal (proper in size and color – monotone and wraps will not be permitted) and must be placed in a manner as in the photos included. Mandatory decals include, but are not limited to; DIRTcar, Super DIRTcar Series, VP Racing Fuels, Bicknell Racing Products, Bilstein, X- Treme Lubricants, Bert, Hoosier. The D200 will not be permitted. Tire vendors for Hoosier will be on site opening on Tuesday February 11th at 1pm. Other hours will be posted. FUEL: VP Fuels will be available on site for all divisions opening Tuesday February 11th at 1pm. Remainder of week(s) schedule will be posted. Event Hauler/Pit Parking; Any Hauler that is over 9’6” in height will not be permitted in the infield: □ DIRTcar Super DIRTcar Series Big Blocks o Arriving prior to midnight on Wednesday Feb 19, 2014 will be staged in go kart area. o Arriving after midnight will be staged on pit entrance road. o Parking will begin Wednesday at 10 am in order: kart track first, the pit entrance road staged haulers. Hauler and Vehicle Parking Passes: All personal vehicles or vehicle not transporting a race trailer must purchase a Pit Access decal for pit access 40 event or $40 daily Infield access is available for any vehicle. Haul vehicles, provided they are attached to a trailer transporting a competition vehicle, do not need any permit. ATV/Golf Cart/Mule Use and Permits One work area vehicle per team – registration or per permit not required. Any golf cart, ATV, Mule, 4-wheeler, personal vehicle that passes thru any gate in or out of the track is required to be permitted.

    2021 DIRTcar Late Models Rules & Specifications PREFACE A World Racing Group event is a competitive racing event which is intended to be conducted and officiated in accordance with the rules herein. These rules provide the guideline for all events. The rulebook may be amended from time‐to‐time and special rules may be published and/or adjusted at any event with the participants receiving prior notification. By participating in these events, all participants agree to comply with these rules and regulations. The rules are not intended to express or imply the warranty of safety as a result of publication of, or compliance with the rules and regulations as stated herein. The rules are intended to offer a guideline for the conduct and officiating of an event. The Supervisory Official shall be empowered to permit any reasonable and/or appropriate amendment from any of the specifications and/or procedures herein or impose any further restrictions that in their opinion does not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. Revisions to the rules are not intended to express or imply the warranty of safety shall not result from any such deviation or restriction of the specifications, rules and/or procedures.     2019 NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week FAQs THE BIG QUESTIONS: Q: Where is NAPA Auto Parts Super Dirt Week being held? A: The 2019 event will be held at the Oswego Speedway, 300 E Albany Street, Oswego, NY 13126. Q: How is Oswego becoming a dirt track? A: Contractors will begin the conversion following the Labor Day Budweiser International Classic Labor Day Weekend. Nearly 600 truckloads of clay will be distributed over a base coat of decomposed deciduous chips. Larry Fink of DIRTcar in conjunction with Gypsum Express will lead the track effort to lay and compact the material, preparing the track over a three-week period, hence allowing ample time for the dirt to settle. A concrete gravity block barrier will be installed along the inner wall to preserve the drainage and wall heights. Once the track is laid, it will be prepared as any other dirt track by compacting and tilling the clay and adding water. The dirt will be removed and stockpiled immediately after the event. Q: Where will the Pits be? A: See the facility map on Page 3. The infield pit area will house only the active participants for the divisions on the track, as well as the grass viewing area (lawn seating) inside turns three and four. An Infield Pit Pass will be required to enter the infield. The pit and hauler parking area will be behind the Lakeview Grandstands, which has spots for nearly 325 race cars if needed. All ticketholders (Reserved and General Admission) will have access to the pit area behind the Lakeview Grandstands, but NOT the infield pit area inside the track.

The 26th annual induction ceremonies honoring the Class of 2017 will take place Monday, July 10 at 7 pm in the Northeast Dirt Modified Hall of Fame and Museum, on the grounds of the renovated Weedsport Speedway. The event is free and open to the public, and will feature pre- and post-program festivities.
