The service would operate every hour at peak times and every two hours at off peak times. 83 Nantwich - Chester Proposed for withdrawal A twice a day service from Nantwich to Bunbury and Proposed Route Current Route Consulted Network Changes from Consulted Network Bulkeley (Tuesday only) and a twice a day Nantwich - Bunbury -Tiverton – Nantwich (Thursday and Saturday only) service. These services would retain bus access to all Cheshire East residents currently along this route. 89 Nantwich - Wrexham Proposed for withdrawal A twice a day service from Nantwich to Bunbury and Bulkeley (Tuesday only) and a twice a day Nantwich - Bunbury -Tiverton – Nantwich (Thursday and Saturday only) service.     THE BENEFICE OF AUDLEM, DODDINGTON AND WYBUNBURY. The benefice was created in February 2010. Prior to that Doddington and Wybunbury were linked but Audlem was a single parish church. On the retirement of the incumbent at Wybunbury and Doddington, the benefice was created with the in situ incumbent for Audlem being appointed Vicar to the 3 churches. Since this time, the churches have retained their own identities, services and PCC’s but also work well together. People do support events at each of the churches. 2 Lay Readers work across all 3 churches, one retired priest supports services in Audlem, the other is at Doddington most weeks with occasional services in Wybunbury. It is located near to main line train services in Crewe, close to junction 16 of the M6.     Appendix 4 Detailed proposals for each Ward – organised by Local Area Partnership (LAP) Proposed Wards within the Knutsford Local Area Partnership Knutsford Local Area Partnership (LAP) is situated towards the north-west of Cheshire East, and borders Wilmslow to the north-east, Macclesfield to the south-east and Congleton to the south. The M6 and M56 motorways pass through this LAP. Hourly train services link Knutsford, Plumley and Mobberley to Chester and Manchester, while in the east of this LAP hourly trains link Chelford with Crewe and Manchester. The town of Knutsford was the model for Elizabeth Gaskell's novel Cranford and scenes from the George C. Scott film Patton were filmed in the centre of Knutsford, in front of the old Town Hall. Barclays Bank employs thousands of people in IT and staff support functions at Radbroke Hall, just outside the town of Knutsford. Knutsford is home to numerous sporting teams such as Knutsford Hockey Club, Knutsford Cricket Club, Knutsford Rugby Club and Knutsford Football Club. Attractions include Tatton Park, home of the RHS Flower show, the stately homes Arley Hall, Tabley House and Peover Hall, and the Cuckooland Museum of cuckoo clocks. In detail, the proposals are: Knutsford is a historic, self-contained urban community with established extents and comprises the former County Ward of Knutsford, containing 7 polling districts. The Parish of Knutsford also mirrors the boundary of this proposal. Knutsford Town is surrounded by Green Belt which covers 58% of this proposed division. The proposed ward has excellent communications by road, motorway and rail and is bounded to the north by Tatton Park and to the east by Birkin Brook.

We promote walking, cycling, and car-sharing as well as providing our own coach services. This helps people save money, improve their health, and reduce CO2 emissions. Various initiatives are in operation to encourage healthy and sustainable travel options such as free bike servicing, free meal vouchers, and showers & drying facilities. As part of our sustainable transport plan we now offer FREE* transport options for learners to their nearest campus offering the course required. We have 3 campuses in Chester, Ellesmere Port-and Crewe. There are three different options available: - Option 1 - College Coach Services Option 2 - Public Services Option 3 - County Council Transport Services *terms and conditions apply 2 Option 1: College Coach Services We provide dedicated coach services allowing full-time learners easy and FREE transport to their nearest campus from many areas across Cheshire, Shropshire, Merseyside, and Wales. Applicant: RICHARD HARRISON, LANE END DEVELOPMENTS(UK)LTD & ADACTUS H Expiry Date: 13-Jan-2015 SUMMARY: The proposed development seeks to utilise a previously developed site within the settlement zone line for Sandbach and therefore benefits from a presumption in favour of development under local plan policy PS4 which is further supported by para 14 of the NPPF which aims to deliver sustainable development . Whilst the proposals would result in the loss of an employment site, it has been previously accepted that the site in no longer suitable for economic use and owing to the cost of remediating the site, and the cost of accommodating 100% affordable housing, it has been demonstrated that the site needs to bear a development of this size in order to see the site brought forward for housing. It is acknowledged that the design, layout and character of the scheme (particularly within the context of the internal layout) would be poor and compact. This would be a negative of the proposed scheme; however, Members need to consider whether such disbenefits are outweighed by the benefits of the scheme i.e. namely providing much needed affordable housing whilst making use of a redundant brownfield site. The proposal would not materially harm neighbouring residential amenity and would provide sufficient amenity for the new occupants.
