The advice given was to gear up for change; find new ways of doing things. Not only for the sector we represent, but within our own organisation there has been the necessity to evolve, to grow, to be proactive in our purpose. The ambitious strategic plan and associated actions set by the Board is seeking to ensure IPWEA NSW is recognised as a skilled influencer of all tiers of Government and regulators; assist members with their careers and lift the profile of public works engineering.
