First of all, many thanks for your interest in one of our products. There can be many reasons why you are having problems downloading our product. They may all be due to either your computer’s unsuitable settings or a poor connection between your Internet provider and our download servers. To exclude problems with your settings, carry out the following steps: • Deactivate any download manager you may have installed (e.g. GetRight, FlashGet, DAP, Go!Zilla). Many of these download managers can make it difficult to download products from our servers without problems. • Check your Internet browser’s proxy settings if you are slightly familiar with the technical aspects. If, for instance, a proxy server has been entered to speed up the generation of websites, remove this to test if this is where the problem lies. • Empty the cache and remove your browser’s temporary Internet files. You do this in Internet Explorer, for instance, by selecting Tools -> Internet Options. Click Delete Files in the window that appears and wait until the deletion process is complete. The standard version of PCSUITE products is available free for 90 days after installation. You can purchase your product license directly via our PCSUITE online shop or from an authorized PCSUITE partner and from retailers (e.g. Media Markt stores, etc.) in your area. • How do I get a license key? If you have opted for a PCSUITE product and order it, you will be sent a license key. • How will the license key be supplied to me? The license key is sent to you in your order confirmation email or it is displayed on the website after you have completed your order. • I have ordered a download version. Where do I find my download link? The download link is sent to you in your order confirmation email or it is displayed on the website after you have completed your order. • I have ordered the product as a backup CD, but I haven’t received it. Some of the possible reasons are given below, along with the steps you need to take to resolve the problem: • Possible reason: You try to activate the version of the product you have installed with a product key for another version. For instance, you cannot activate PCSUITE DEFRAG PRO with a product key for PCSUITE BOOSTER PRO and vice versa. o Solution: Make sure that you have installed the version of the product for which you have purchased your product key. You can refer to the order confirmation email to see which version your product key is valid for. If it turns out that you have installed the wrong version, remove it from your system and download the correct version. • Possible reason: You are not entering the product key in exactly the way it appears in the order confirmation email. o Solution: If you purchased products directly from the PCSUITE online shop, you can have the product keys that you have purchased so far sent to you via email. If you purchased the product from other providers (e.g. Softwareload), contact the relevant retailer to obtain the product key again. • How often can I use the required license key? You can use your license key just once. • I have questions about my order. We are currently offering online license ordering, with the option of a backup CD being supplied via the PCSUITE online shop. The licenses that have been ordered are dispatched immediately after payment has been received. Delivery of the backup CD by post takes up to 10 days from the order date. You can also purchase all the products as software packages from retailers (Media Markt stores, etc.). To uninstall the software, take the following steps: • Open the “Control Panel” via the Start menu. • Click “Add/Remove Programs” and “Software” • Select the program you want to uninstall from the list of installed programs. • Click “Add/Remove”. If the program is not completely uninstalled after the first attempt, it sometimes helps to run the uninstall program a second time.
