CYCLING – ROAD Nocs Allocated Quota Places for the MINSK 2019 European Games CYCLING – ROAD NOCs Allocated Quota Places for the MINSK 2019 European Games UCI World Ranking and UCI European Tour Nation Ranking as of 31 December 2018 Qualification Places: MEN Road Race Individual Qualification Taking into consideration the cumulative ranking points achieved per country in both UCI World Ranking and UCI Europe Tour Nation Ranking as following: Ranking 1 to 10: 5 athletes per NOC, 50 athletes; Ranking 11 to 20: 4 athletes per NOC, 40 athletes; Ranking 21 to 30: 3 athletes per NOC, 30 athletes; Ranking 31 to 36: 2 athletes per NOC, 12 athletes; Ranking 37 to 40: 1 athlete per NOC, 4 athletes. If after using all Qualification Process and Universality Places, there are still qualification places remaining vacant, those places will be allocated starting from the top of the cumulative UCI World Ranking and UCI Europe Tour Ranking, until all places will be allocated. The Universality places can be allocated to NOCs without any UCI Ranking points. If NOCs do not use Men’s Universality places, those places will be transferred to the Women’s Universality places. Time Trial Individual Qualification *Quota places for the Time Trial event are included in the total quota places of the Road Race event. Risk assessment Morocco assures the success and safety of the Gymnasiade through the cooperation with the ministries concerned. Accommodations are located in a safe area, where traffic is moderate. The hotels are: Mogador Menzeh et Mogador Guéliz Mogador Agdal, Mogador Kasbah, Zalagh, Warabi, Wazo et Palm Plaza. The accommodations will be secured by the hotel security and the local authorities security services. The chosen hotels offer a high level of hygiene. All the sporting venues will be secured by private security companies and the local authorities. All the transport methods are selected upon their quality of engine with bona fide drivers. There will be security agents all along. During sightseeing trips it is required that delegations remain in group at all times. 3. The National Contact Point Croatia in the EMN is financially supported by the European Commission and the Croatian Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter: MoI). This is the third annual policy report compiled by the National Contact Point (NCP) Croatia in the EMN, covering the period from 1 January to 31 December 2017. The purpose of the annual policy report is to provide an overview of the most significant political and legislative developments on asylum and migration in Croatia as well as a review of the political and public debates in the area of asylum and migration. A specific emphasis has been placed on changes related to developments at EU level. The report covers these topics: legal migration and mobility, international protection, unaccompanied minors and other vulnerable groups, integration, return, irregular migration, including smuggling, countering trafficking in human beings, and migration and development. The report also presents selected statistics, which form a separate statistical annex. With respect to the institutional framework, no substantial changes occurred in Croatia in 2017 that would have an impact on Croatia’s migration and international protection policies. The development in legislative field refers to adoption of the Amendments of Act on International and Temporary protection (Official Gazette No 127/17)1 and adoption of new Foreigners Act are highlighted in this report.
