Chicago Chesed Fund 2021 Grand Raffle Official Rules & Regulations

You are responsible for reading these official rules and regulations. The Grand Prize Drawingwill be held on Thursday,August 26, 2021. The drawing is limited to a maximum of 9,999entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. The Grand Prize winnerwill choose to receive either (1) his or her choice of a 2021/2022 Tesla Model S (hereinafter“Tesla”), a 2021/2022 Tesla Model 3, 2021/2022 Tesla Model X, 2021/2022 Tesla ModelY, or a Tesla Cybertruck when it becomes available (collectively referred to as the “Tesla Grand Prize”); or (2) an “Alternate Grand Prize” of acertified check in the amount of $50,000.00 USD.

The Tesla Grand Prize shall be the winner’s choice of a Tesla Model S, a Tesla Model 3, TeslaModel X, Model Y, or a Tesla Cybertruck when it becomes available. Chicago Chesed Fund will tender up to $8,930 towards any associatedfees (title, taxes, or other fees associated with the transfer of the vehicle to the winner),however, under no circumstances shall the total amount of the Tesla Grand Prize packageexceed $83,000.00 USD. The Grand Prize winner has the option to customize the Tesla vehiclebeyond base model specifications. If customization costs exceed the maximum Tesla GrandPrize value of $83,000.00 USD.

The Grand Prize winner shall be responsible for any and allcharges, costs, taxes and fees over and above the Tesla Grand Prize value. For more details onthe Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X, Model 3, Tesla Model Y, and Tesla Cybertruck and available options, pleasevisit the Tesla Motors Website and the Design Studio.

To claim the Tesla Grand Prize, the winner must present a valid driver’s license, Social Securitynumber (or equivalent thereof) and proof of insurance. To claim the Alternative Grand Prize, thewinner must present a Government issued I.D. and Social Security number (or equivalentthereof).

All taxes, including all federal, state, local, sales, withholding tax and any other taxes orgovernment fees of any type whatsoever are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.Insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and destination charges, any options not includedwith the Grand Prize as awarded, and any other taxes or expenses not explicitly stated hereinare the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility. Grand Prize winner is encouraged to consultwith a tax advisor or specialist to determine tax consequences of Grand Prize selection.

Sponsor is not responsible for any costs related to transferring the vehicle to the winner’schosen Tesla Motors center of preference, as well as any costs related to Grand Prize winner’stransportation to collect or claim their prize.

Rules subject to change at any time and at Chicago Chesed Fund’s sole discretion. Winnersconsent to the use of their names, likenesses and photographs without compensation forpublicity purposes to help promote Chicago Chesed Fund and its programs. Raffle entrants andwinners must be 21 years of age or older. Raffle contest void where prohibited.

Chicago Chesed Fund reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value. IfChicago Chesed Fund is unable to contact the winner(s) within 28 days of the initial notificationthen the prize will be deemed unclaimed and a new winner(s) may be drawn, at random.

The Grand Prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent of prizes arepermitted. Prize draw dates, closing dates and times, and notification dates will be set out in thelaunch message and other accompanying content used to promote that particular prize drawand campaign. The prize will run during the dates specified until the specified closing date andtime. All entries received after this point will not be entered into the raffle. Chicago Chesed Fundreserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, and may require information to verify theeligibility of an entry. The Grand Prize may be withheld until Chicago Chesed Fund is satisfiedwith the verification. The winner(s) of the raffle will be selected at random from all eligible entriesthat are received before the closing date and time. The winner(s) will be notified by ChicagoChesed Fund via mail within ten (10) business days of the raffle.

Chicago Chesed Fund reserves the right at any time and from time to time to, at its solediscretion, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the raffle with or without priornotice for any reason whatsoever and in such event, a participant’s sole and exclusive remedyshall be to receive a refund of the full price paid by such participant for each Ticket purchased,without interest (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actualfraud). The decision of Chicago Chesed Fund in all matters relating to the prize draw and Grand

Prize is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Chicago Chesed Fund 2021 Grand Raffle and these terms and conditions will be governedby Illinois law.

ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THEGRAND RAFFLE OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDINGARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION(PURSUANT TO ITS EXPEDITED PROCEDURES) UNDER ITS COMMERCIALARBITRATION RULES AND CONDUCTED IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS. THE EXCLUSIVEVENUE FOR CONFIRMING SUCH AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS IN THE STATE ANDFEDERAL COURTS OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, CHICAGO CHESED FUNDAND/OR ITS AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS OR REPRESENATIVES ARENOT MAKING ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES IN ANY WAY REGARDING THECONDITION OR FITNESS OF THE TESLA, AND CHICAGO CHESED FUND HEREBYDISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE PRIZESPROVIDED BY CHICAGO CHESED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDINGWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT WILL CHICAGO CHESED FUND AND/OR ITS AGENTS, DIRECTORS,EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS OR REPRESENATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY TYPE OFINDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING INCONTRACT, TORT OR, ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CHICAGO CHESED FUND’S LIABILITY TO HIM OR HER SHALL EXCEED THEAMOUNT PAID BY THE RAFFLE PARTICIPANT FOR HIS OR HER RAFFLE TICKETWITHOUT INTEREST. THE PARTICIPANT WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CHICAGOCHESED FUND HARMLESS AGAINST ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE INCURRED BY

CHICAGO CHESED FUND BY REASON OF ANY ACTION OR OMISSION OF THEPARTICIPANT, HIS/HER EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, FAMILY AND GUESTS.

Chicago Chesed Fund has the right to deny anyone entry, and to cancel and/or revoke anyentry without notice, based on prior sums due and owing for previous raffles. Additionally, in theevent that any amounts are due and owing by a raffle participant, any payments made topurchase tickets to the 2021 Raffle will be applied to the entrants’ prior balance without furthernotice to the entrant.

Employees of Tesla Motors, Inc. and the Board of Directors of Chicago Chesed Fund are ineligible to participate in the raffle.

The Tesla Motors name, model names and logo are registered trademarks of Tesla Motors.
