SUBJECT: Healthy Lifestyle Reimbursement

PURPOSE: To define Compass Systems healthy lifestyle reimbursement policy and procedures.

GENERAL POLICY: Employees are highly encouraged to remain physically fit and active. To further assist Class I employees in this endeavor, Compass Systems will reimburse an employee the cost of health club membership not to exceed $220 per year. An employee not wishing to join a health club, may opt to purchase exercise equipment or participate in exercise related classes and be reimbursed up to $220 per year. Receipts are required for reimbursement.

POLICY EXCEPTIONS: Any interpretations of this policy or questions regarding expenses will be the responsibility of the CEO/COO to deem it necessary to allow exceptions.

IMPLEMENTATION: Human Resources and Accounting will be responsible for the administration of the healthy lifestyle reimbursement policy.

DEVIATIONS: Any deviation, waiver, or exception to this policy requires prior approval of the CEO/COO.
