1. Become familiar with all aspects of the Petersen Classic – the format, the rich history of this legendary tournament, and all of the different ways a bowler can cash.

2. If you are interested in forming a squad (32 bowlers), call (708) 456-4100 or email [email protected] to reserve a spot. A specific squad time and date will be reserved in your name. A deposit of $20 per entry ($640 for the entire squad) should be made by April 28th. Make sure you check out our Squad Organizer Early Bird and Super Early Bird Bonuses!

Upon reserving your squad a squad packet will be sent to you including entry forms, hotel information, etc. You’re now ready to begin signing up your bowlers!

3. If your bowlers are flying into the Chicago area, Brunswick Zone River Grove (host Center) is located about 5 miles (15 minutes) from O’Hare International airport; 18 miles (45 minutes) from Chicago Midway Airport; and 77 miles (90 minutes) from Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International airport.

4. When promoting your squad, tell your bowlers about the great location of the Petersen Classic. Brunswick Zone River Grove is located close to many amenities that bowlers like to visit before or after bowling in the Pete. Whether they bowl or not, tell your squad members to bring their spouse and kids along and make it a family “mini vacation”. Here’s a few popular sites that are very close to the Pete:

5. Hand out entry forms to interested bowlers (men and women) with a deadline for returning their check to you. If they cannot pay the entire entry fee up front, have them pay at least half with the remaining half due at a later date. Keep in mind that we need full payment for all entries in your squad two (2) weeks prior to the date your squad bowls.

6. Remind your bowlers about the host hotels for the Petersen. All have special rates and other amenities.

7. When you have filled your squad of 32 bowlers, mail or email your entry forms and a check at least two (2) weeks prior to your squad date. For convenience we also take credit card payments.
