Our ‘Christmas Corporate Cooking’ events are guaranteed to be heaps of fun, and after participants have spent an informal evening of cookery and light banter, they will take their seats to savour their Christmas creations along with Christmas crackers and a bottle of Champagne for the winning team. Teams can either be challenged to create a winning Christmas menu for the opposing team by using a wide range of fresh market ingredients and some interesting special spices in a mystery box of ingredients. Alternatively teams can work together in groups and for each dish, a mystery box of ingredients is offered which will them to put their own spin on the classic Christmas menu. team tactics CHRISTMAS ICE CARVING Duration: approx. 1 hour • Guests: 10 – 200 it’s all about the people

It doesn’t get any more ‘Christmassy’ than this! Working in teams guests will carve their own Christmas themed ice sculpture. This is a fabulous way to try something completely new and capture the seasonal cheer all in one go. We’ll bring the ice blocks and set them up prior to the event beginning at a chosen venue. Our professional ice carving instructors will demonstrate and guide participants through the skills and techniques required to create their very own ice sculpture or for a reduced cost teams would use a finished piece for reference as our event manager guides the participants through the process. Bespoke carvings are available to personalise the event.
