North Warwickshire Borough Identi ed Families, by Ward Phase One of the Programme April 2012 – March 2015 The Warwickshire Priority Families Programme has completed Phase One, a three year programme that ran from 1st April 2012 until the 31st March 2015. Warwickshire’s target during Phase One was to identify, support and ‘turn around’ a total of 805 Priority Families. This is over 50% more than the 805 required for the duration of the programme. In North Warwickshire Borough, a total of 106 families had been identi ed.

North Warwickshire Borough Families ‘Turned Around’

Out of the 68 successful claims in North Warwickshire Borough this includes - 63 Priority Families ‘Worked With’ (Have / Have Had a Plan of Support) claims for improvements in crime, ASB or school attendance levels, and three claims for household members accessing the Progress to Work programme and Over the three years, the target is for 805 Warwickshire families to have/ or have had two Continuous Employment claims. an active plan of support in place. At the end of Phase One, 930 families had been identi ed as having / had this level of support, exceeding the target for the Technically, 63 families have been ‘turned around’ in North Warwickshire Borough programme. 10% (91) of these priority families are from North Warwickshire Borough. as three families have had two claims made for their progress (a claim for positive results in crime, ASB and education criteria, and then a further claim for Rugby Borough progressing to work or sustaining employment). 198 Nuneaton & Bedworth Central Govt Funding Secured by District - Phase One Summary Borough 151 Using the percentage of families claimed for per district, it is possible to estimate the 394 Stratford-on Avon North Warwickshire funding secured for the bene t of each Warwickshire district at the end of Phase One. Where improvements in families have achieved successful Payment By Results (PBR) claims, this has yielded a further £67k. This has resulted in a total of £206,360 in funding generated to date for North Warwickshire Borough’s Successful Payment By Results (PBR) Claims Priority Families. At the end of Phase One a total of 854 successful PBR claims have been made for Attachment Warwickshire families. Games, advised by the speech and language therapist, are being played by the family to encourage the children’s development.
