    Official Community Plan Bylaw No: 2020–3412 1 OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN Exhibit A The City of Weyburn Bylaw No. 2020–3410 A Bylaw for the City of Weyburn to adopt the Official Community Plan. The Council of the City of Weyburn in the Province of Saskatchewan, in open meeting assembled enacts as follows: (1) Pursuant to Section 29 and 32 of the Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the City of Weyburn thereby adopts the Official Community Plan, identified as Schedule “A” to this Bylaw. (2) The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and seal Schedule “A” which is attached to and form part of this Bylaw.
