He worked with Unity Bank, before joining NTI as a Chief Education Officer in June 14, 2012. He served as a Coordinator NTI, Kaduna State Office and later got transferred to

SMASE from the Academic Services Department, NTI Headquarters. He was until his death, an Assistant-Director with the SMASE Centre of the Institute. He was survived by his wife and children.
