205 TEASER: Fisk in prison, talking with his attorney Patrick Jensen. He tells Fisk there's basically no way he's going to get out of this without at least life in prison. Fisk says he already knew and made "arrangements." Jensen says he understands and will ensure everything goes as planned.

Jensen leaves the prison and gets into his limo, where Bullseye is waiting.

I wrote the teaser several weeks back: http://www.mzp-tv.co.uk/g&c/205t.pdf

ACT ONE: At Craig's apartment, MJ, Peter, & MJ's Aunt Anna (who will arrive in a short prior to the episode) are eating dinner and having a few laughs looking at some old pictures. Anna and MJ talk in the kitchen about Peter. Anna thinks it's cute that they're a couple now, remembering them as young kids. Peter walks in on them and they change the subject. Suddenly, his sense goes off. He rushes back to the living room and tackles Craig out of the way just as a knife crashes through the window.

Bullseye steps inside. Peter prepares to fight him, but never has a chance. shows up and fights him a bit, before Bullseye escapes. At the Osborn mansion. Harry instructs movers on where to place his stuff. Norman enters, confused. Harry says he's back for good, so he figured he might as well move his stuff back into the mansion. Norman asks how much it cost to move his "stuff" all the way from Europe. Harry asks since when has money ever been an issue around here? Norman looks on, unsure of how this is going to work out. At Midtown, Gwen and Erik are doing research for their project on the phenomenon. Erik's POV obviously differs from Gwen's. Erik tells Gwen about this group of "concerned citizens" he's part of - "Purity" - and says she should join him one day. Eddie's not around - football practice - and Erik says that if he had a girl like Gwen he wouldn't ignore her. There's an obvious mutual attraction between the two. Peter visits Robbie at the Bugle. He tells him about the Daredevil/Bullseye incident the night before. Robbie pulls up some news articles on Daredevil and explains that he's fairly new and seems to operate almost solely out of Hells Kitchen. Peter wonders why he's suddenly taken an interest in other things. Eddie & his dad attend a NY Jets game and discuss Eddie's football situation a bit. The discussion quickly turns more serious - toward their many issues - and Eddie suddenly makes an excuse to avoid the talk and walks away. Robbie arrives at his apartment late at night. He stops, sensing that he's being followed. He unlocks his door and stops. He quickly turns back and finds himself face-to-face with... Daredevil. Before he can explain, a blade slices into frame. Daredevil tackles Robbie to the floor.

Bullseye jumps into frame and has it out with Daredevil. Neither one really gets the upper hand until Spider-Man shows up and Bullseye takes off. Peter quickly turns his attention to Robbie, who is bleeding on the floor, the blade buried into his abdomen.

ACT TWO: Norman meets with Doctor Miles Warren. He admits to injecting the blood sample. Warren is shocked and concerned and asks about any symptoms. Norman describes the voices, the shaking, etc. Harry walks in on them and Norman dismisses Warren. Harry asks if there's a problem with him coming home. Norman says of course there isn't. He begins hearing voices saying "get rid of him" and such. Harry notices he seems distracted.

Page 1 205 Morgan & Eddie are leaving the game - a Jets win - and as they're walking away finally start to talk about serious topics. Morgan says all he wants is a chance to prove that he's really changed. Eddie says he's trying, but it's hard after all these years. Morgan understands, but says it means a lot to him that Eddie's willing to try.

Peter waits for news on Robbie in the hospital waiting room. Craig, MJ, & Anna arrive, also concerned. Peter catches a glimpse of Daredevil across the street and makes an excuse to leave. Across the street in an alley, the two meet officially. DD is concerned about Robbie, but more so with catching Bullseye. Peter asks what his deal is with him. DD says they've crossed paths before and he's been tracking him for weeks. Only recently he started to venture outside of Hell's Kitchen. Peter asks if DD's a mutant - DD says no - it was an accident. Wrong place, wrong time, etc. Peter says he knows the feeling.

DD asks Peter if there's a reason Bullseye would be attacking Robbie & the Watsons. Peter at first says no, but then it hits him: Fisk. He explains why to DD, who says that it would explain why Bullseye's suddenly taken an interest in events outside Hells Kitchen. Peter suddenly realizes - "Robbie..." - his eyes widen and he takes off running back into the hospital. Upstairs, Robbie's in emergency surgery. The doctor's are preparing to operate - one is Bullseye. He calmly preps a scalpel. From outside the operating room, blood splatters against the glass, belonging to one of the doctors. The others flee the room, leaving Bullseye to finish off Robbie. Spider-Man webs the scalpel and snatches it away from him. Bullseye turns back and is met with a blow to the head from DD's (I'm sure there's an actual word for that thing). Bullseye tries his best to take on both of them, but it's a losing battle. The fight spills out into the hallway, with the window at the end being broken. Bullseye disappears through it.

ACT THREE: Peter, Craig, & MJ talk off to themselves in the hospital. The police have gathered in response to the fight - including Robbie's dad, who's obviously worried as hell. Peter tells them his Fisk theory. Craig gets upset, saying he thought this was all over with and done. Peter asks what he wants to do. Craig says he knows someone who may be able to help. Craig visits at his law firm. He explains the situation and Foggy offers to help any way he can. Craig asks if he can get him in to see Fisk. Foggy doubts it'll do any good - Fisk has nothing to lose - but there may be someone else involved who does. Foggy asks Craig if he realizes who's representing Fisk? Patrick Jensen. As the two take off to meet with him, Matt Murdock steps out from a nearby office.

Norman is having what appears to be a panic attack. We've never seen him this bad - sweating, his eyes blood shot, his nose bleeding. Harry enters and finds him in this condition and freaks out. Norman tells him not to worry, but he's hardly convincing. Harry presses the issue and Norman screams at him to get out.

Craig and Foggy visit Jensen at his office. Turns out the three are old law school buddies, but things have obviously changed. Craig outright accuses Jensen of running Fisk's little revenge scheme, but Jensen denies it, of course. Craig leaves him a warning to stay the hell away from his family.

Craig and Foggy get into Foggy's car in the parking lot. Bullseye watches from a nearby roof, but just as he's about to attack, Daredevil attacks him. Craig and Foggy take cover as the two battle it out, this time providing us with an example of DD's enhancements. The fight spills into a nearby strip club, with the environment giving DD problems with all the sound. Bullseye takes advantage, kicking DD off a balcony and escaping.

Page 2 205 Outside, Craig and Foggy are rushing to drive off. Craig grabs his cell phone and calls Peter, but Bullseye suddenly lands on the of the car. Foggy swerves, trying to throw him off, but Bullseye manages to hang on. Police cars suddenly appear behind them, their lights flashing. Bullseye throws a shard of glass from Foggy's windshield into the tire of one of them, sending it into an uncontrollable spin. The other squad cars open fire on Bullseye, who takes cover in Foggy's trunk, where he handily finds a tire iron, which he uses to disable a second car, which spins into the third, disabling them both. Bullseye kicks the trunk top off with every intention of going after Craig/Foggy, but he's met with a bursts of webbing from Spider-Man, who is atop a semi truck beside them. Spidey leaps from the truck, kicking Bullseye off and into a subway tunnel entrance, where he quickly follows.

Spidey enters the tunnel, but Bullseye is gone. Or so it seems. Bullseye attacks and has Spidey in a tough spot as we end the act...

ACT FOUR: Continuation of the fight. Spidey fights back and they fight it out some more. DD shows up and between him and Spidey, Bullseye is knocked into the path of an oncoming train, presumably killed. Back at the hospital, Robbie's out of surgery. He's in intensive care and pretty bad off, but the doctors say he's going to pull through. Peter & co. are there by his side and discuss recent issues. MJ asks what's to stop Fisk from trying this again - Craig says they'll just have to be prepared. Robbie's dad offers them full police protection. Craig says that won't be necessary, grinning at Peter. Peter frowns. He and MJ go outside and he explains to her that he can't always be there to protect them - he's only one guy. MJ says she's grateful for what he's done anyway and they don't expect that. Outside the hospital, Foggy and Matt discuss recent events. Matt's worried this could be a sign of things to come. What if Fisk somehow gets off rather than sent to prison for life? Foggy says they'll cross that bridge when they come to it, but between him and Spider-Man, he feels like NYC is in good hands. Outside of Dante's, Gwen stands alone. Erik shows up and finds out Eddie was supposed to meet her after the game but hasn't shown up. Gwen agrees to attend the Purity meeting with him. Back at the Osborn mansion, Norman continues to feel the side effects of the blood/serum. He crawls on his hands and knees, the voices in his head louder than ever. Finally, the voices merge into one single voice - that of the Goblin - or "Kaine" as he'll eventually call himself. Norman's eyes roll back into his head briefly, then open, but it's not Norman. Not anymore. Bullseye appears in the doorway, battered and his clothes torn, but very much alive. He says he's still got a job to do. "Norman" grins to himself (in the evil way) as we cut to an exterior shot of the mansion.

Against the backdrop of a thunderstorm Bullseye screams out in agony as we FADE OUT.
