1 December 2008: The Stenbeck family controls, directly or indirectly, 72,5% of the votes in MTG (23,1% of capital) and 45,4% of the votes in Metro International (50,5% of capital); and, in June 2009, 59,2% of the votes in Tele2 (31,0% of capital). 2 SportN in Norway was replaced by Viasat Football in September 2009. 3 MTG took over operation of NRJs 20 radio stations in Sweden in July 2004. Most of them were given standard MTG formats, converted to either RIX FM or Lugna Favoriter. Only the NRJ-stations in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö continue with the NRJ-name and format. NRJ still holds the concessions for the 20 stations. The number of stations operating within and outside the networks varies from time to time, for which reason the numbers given are approximate. 4 Tele2 AB also operates IP-TV operations in several European countries. Note: Unless otherwise indicated, the company is wholly owned (100%). Where no country is specified, the company is located in the same country as the parent company.
