Guidance for Prayer Groups Pray in accord with God’s Word. Keep your focus in prayer, don’t go off at tangents. Pray through as far as possible before another subject is started. LISTEN – pray with those praying Let there be clear AMENS. Pray specifically wherever possible. Be brief. No long scriptures. Seek genuine gifts of the Spirit. Listen to the Lord as well as to one another. Remember to pray for one another.
