Su estela continúa hasta el presente porque ha sobrevivido a los actores que la protagonizaron a través de sus herederos y la memoria colectiva. Muchas polémicas siguen abiertas como la relacionada con la apertura de los archivos o la interpretación de los sucesos que, en definitiva, son el resultado de una guerra mal cerrada en su momento, amplificada por la dictadura franquista, y mal gestionada por la transición política a la democracia. En el plano historiográfico es una etapa continuamente actualizada con debates académicos a los que se han incorporado los ocurridos en el seno de los movimientos sociales, algunos de los cuales se han reproducido en este Dossier. Les travaux qui composent ce volume montrent comment la Guerre Civile a été un événement déterminant dans l’expérience individuelle et collective non seulement en Espagne mais aussi en France. Son empreinte marque le présent parce qu’elle a survécu, à travers leurs héritiers et la mémoire collective, à ceux qui en ont été les acteurs. Bien des polémiques restent ouvertes, par exemple celles qui concernent l’ouverture des archives ou l’interprétation des faits, conséquence en définitive d’une guerre mal refermée en son moment, amplifiée par la dictature franquiste et mal négociée par la transition politique vers la démocratie. Au plan historiographique, il s’agit d’une étape continuellement actualisée par des débats universitaires auxquels se sont ajoutés ceux qui ont accompagné les mouvements sociaux, certains d’entre eux fgurant dans ce Dossier. The works composing this volume show how the Spanish Civil War was a decisive event in the individual and collective experience, in Spain as in France. Its imprint stays in the present because it survived, through their heirs and collective memory, those who were its players. Many controversies stay open, the opening of archives or interpretation of facts for instance, as a consequence of a badly closed war in its time, amplified by Franco’s dictatorship, ill negotiated by the political transition to democracy. On a historiographical plane, it is a continuously actualized step through academic debates to which those that went with social movements were added, some of them included in this issue. Cada generación tiene distintos códigos culturales, se mueve en marcos teóricos y científicos diferentes a los anteriores y necesita analizar su historia con herramientas propias. El 80 aniversario de la Guerra Civil es uno de esos momentos en los que han aflorado reflexiones que se expresan a través de publicaciones, actividades académicas y actos de los movimientos sociales cuyo propósito es el de ofrecer enfoques originales y repasar aquel pasado que supuso un hito en la autobiografía de España. 2 La orientación de la revista Bulletin Hispanique proporciona un marco idóneo para reunir a algunos de los mejores especialistas franceses y españoles que razonan sobre el tema con los instrumentos metodológicos y teóricos de la actualidad. El impacto de la Guerra repercutió en la historia de ambos países, como ha demostrado desde hace tiempo el tejido sinuoso de investigaciones de numerosos hispanistas franceses e historiadores españoles que han tenido un notable éxito editorial. Han surgido, no obstante, nuevos problemas, nuevos paradigmas y una problematización de ámbitos que en gran medida se ignoraban o se habían considerado poco menos que cerrados. 3 El dossier La Guerre civile espagnole aujourd’hui (1936-2016)-La Guerra Civil española hoy (1936-2016) se estructura en torno a cuatro bloques de artículos que abordan debates y obras recientes expresivos de la profunda renovación producida en los últimos años. A esta estructura se le han añadido dos artículos representativos de las consecuencias sociales de aquel fatídico enfrentamiento. El texto de apertura es un estudio de Mª José Solanas sobre uno de los efectos más dramáticos del conflicto de 1936, el exilio, plasmado en un texto en torno al historiador instalado en Francia Manuel Núñez de Arenas, cuyo discurso historiográfico e interpretación de nuestro pasado fueron incompatibles con el del franquismo. 4 El primero de los bloques titulado Guerre Civile et mémoire-Guerra Civil y memoria recoge los trabajos de tres autores que analizan la presencia, proyección social y significación de la Guerra en la actualidad, tanto en el escenario que representa Internet y todos los formatos digitales que acoge (Matilde Eiroa) como en la persistencia de argumentos que se empeñan en documentar actitudes y hechos que la historiografía ha convertido en Bulletin hispanique, 118-1 | 2016 6 falsedades. Estos argumentos perduran en algunos colectivos, en la mayor parte por desconocimiento, y en el relato histórico de algunos autores que no aceptan las evidencias mostradas en los documentos extraidos de los archivos. Ángel Viñas desmonta, con una base empírica sólida y contrastada, algunas de las falsas tesis que se han mantenido hasta hoy día respecto a los orígenes del golpe de estado o la violencia republicana. Para esto, se analiza el contenido de los principales periódicos internacionales de Estados Unidos, España, Brasil y Gran Bretaña. Se parte de la hipótesis de que hay una percepción bastante homogénea en los diarios elegidos, y que éstos forman sus percepciones sobre los gobiernos en base a imágenes preexistentes, comparando sus discursos y expectativas con sus acciones concretas de política doméstica y exterior. Asimismo, se sostiene que el foco no está puesto en la política exterior, y que los medios no ubican a Argentina en la posición que ésta cree ocupar. ABSTRACT This report answers the question on how the external perception of the main news media about the foreign policy expectations on Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner’s second term and the Mauricio Macri’s presidency is constructed. In order to answer this question, this report analyzes the content of the most popular American, Spanish, Brazilian and British international newspapers. It is hypothesized that there is a fairly homogeneous perception in the selected newspapers, and that they create their concepts on governments based on pre-existing images, comparing their speeches and expectations with their concrete actions of domestic and foreign policy.
