Job title: PED Training Officer Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI

E&M is actively seeking a PED Training Officer to manage requirements, certification, employment and operations of multi-disciplined PED teams operating in support of/integrated with Intelligence (PED) Soldiers executing directed missions at PED Sites.

Responsibilities:  Ensure resourcing and execution of PED operations support. Ensure team members at PED Sites are trained and current on appropriate intelligence systems, emerging doctrine and applicable TTPs.  Monitor systems, network and configurations status, coordinate with Systems Engineers and/or Field Service teams to ensure functionality.  Manage data analytics process to identify production, training, and capability gaps of the PED formation, subsequently facilitating identification of individual training via virtual means and enhanced by MTTs. Act as the authority for the development and instructional delivery of specialized curriculum to support PED training and certification requirements.  Support PED Site leadership development of MITS based approach to certify and/or sustain readiness from Tier 4 through Tier 1.  Enable the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for operations and finished reports.  Develop a plan to certify unit leaders/trainers and track the status of certifications; Develop a plan to evaluate and recertify leaders/trainers. Provide recommendations for improvements to training methods, materials, and testing using student evaluations, personal observations, and feedback from supported units. Conduct training needs assessments.

Minimum Qualifications:  TS/SCI Clearance  A minimum of 8 years as an Army GEOINT or SIGINT Warrant Officer or other service equivalent with minimum four years specializing in Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) operations and/or management. Knowledge of the intelligence community's ISR PED processes, intelligence operations, and force structure.  Experience specializing in Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analysis or SIGINT Instruction and Full Spectrum Geospatial Intelligence.  Working knowledge of the uses, applications, and phenomenology of Electro-Optical, Spectral, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and Thermal Infrared (TIR) imagery and products.  Experience exploiting imagery from a combination of various platforms including National and Theater Assets involving Global Hawk, U2, Predator and other UAS, P3, SAR Low-Cost Operational Assessment Node (SLOAN), Large Data terminals, Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS-A) and Imagery Work Stations.  Experience with more than one of the following products: Two Color Multi-View (2CMV), Three Color Multi-view (3CMV), Dynamic Imaging (DI's), SuperRes DIs, Coherent Change Detection

854 Woodmoor Acres Dr., Monument, CO, 80132 (CCD), Color Coherent Change Detection (CCC), Foliage Penetration (FOPEN) Standard Radiometric Products (SRP), Standard imagery involving SAR, EO and TIR, Phased Gradient Maps (PGMs), Multi/Hyper-Spectral images/products, Cross-Intelligence products fusing multiple intelligence disciplines together in analysis and Infrasonic PED products.  Experience with National PED Requirements Systems (NMRS), AGI (Advanced Geospatial Intelligence) PED Reporting and Dissemination Service (AMRDS) or GEOINT Enterprises TPED Services (GETS), Remote View, SOCET GXP, AGI Took Kit (AGITK), ENVI, DIVA, Work Flow Manager, Imagery Exploitation Support System (IESS), Database Organizer, WS-FTP, NGDS, ETPR, Falcon View, and DF-IPL.  Experience with ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, ENVI, RemoteView, IEC, Satellite ToolKit, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, Geodatabases, Link Analysis, including Socket Set, Iminer, S-plus, Stella, other physics based modeling tools and GAL.  Knowledge of DoD architecture framework products and enterprise architecture software programs, including Advanced Intrusion Detection Environment (AIDE), Videx, Multi-Analysis Archive System (MAAS), , Internet Relay Chat (mIRC), Unified Video Dissemination System (UVDS), NSANet and relevant SIGINT tools  Familiarity with National SIGINT Requirements Program (NSRP).  Familiarity with National SIGINT Requirements Program (NSRP).  Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with various instructional tools including web-based, classroom, and video- teleconferencing.

Education:  Minimum of a 2-year degree

Preferred Qualifications:  Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.).
