ANDREW AND ST. PAUL MONTREAL 1 JORDAN DE SOUZA is a conductor equally comfortable in symphonic, operatic, and oratorio work. He has concertised extensively throughout North America as a conductor, organist, and pianist. JONATHAN OLDENGARM is Director of Music at The Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul. A laureate of six international organ competitions, he has performed several hundred solo concerts in Asia, Europe and North America. JEAN-MICHEL MALOUF is Conductor and Artistic Director of the Orchestre symphonique des jeunes de Joliette and the Chanteurs de la Place Bourget. A Sing-In participant since 2002, he has been its brass leader since 2008. STÉPHANE BEAULAC is principal trumpet with the Orchestre Métropolitain du Grand Montréal. HUGO BÉGIN plays regularly with the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and the Orchestre symphonique de Québec. MARK DHARMARATNAM is a member of the National Ballet of Canada Orchestra and plays regularly with the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal. FRÉDÉRIC GAGNON plays trumpet with the ensemble Buzz cuivres and teaches at Cégep St-Laurent. ANGELO MUNOZ is a member of the Nouvel Ensemble Moderne and is an active freelancer in the Montreal musical scene. HUGUES TREMBLAY plays regularly with the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and l’Orchestre des Grands Ballets Canadiens. BEN DUINKER is completing graduate studies in music theory at McGill University and was a 1st prize winner in the 2009 OSM Standard Life Competition. LISE BOUCHARD is a member of the Orchestre Métropolitain du Grand Montréal. JENNIFER HALL is the co-host of CBC News: Montreal at 5, 5:30, & 6 pm, weeknights on CBC Television. MIKE FINNERTY is the host of Daybreak, weekdays at 5:30 am on CBC Radio One. As part of CBC Montreal’s commitment to better serve the community, a freewill offering will be collected this afternoon in support of Dans la rue, an organization that works with street kids and at-risk youth, founded by Father Emmett Johns “Pops” in 1988. In order not to spoil the performance for other members of the audience and radio listeners, please turn off all electronic devices.
