Numerical modeling was performed using the program MIKE11. Advanced computational modules are included for description of flow over hydraulic structures, including possibilities to describe structure operation. Čeprav je izumiranje vrst naraven proces, je danes jasno, da je človek zaradi netrajnostne rabe naravnih virov to dinamiko popolnoma spremenil. Tako denimo ptice danes izumirajo 25-krat hitreje, kot bi bilo to evolucijsko pričakovano. Že desetletja se človeštvo zaveda, da je biodiverziteta le kazalec stanja naravnih sistemov, brez katerih družba ne bi obstala. Gre za t. i. ekosistemske storitve, koristi, ki jih narava ponuja človeku, a ne zaračunava zanje. Razdelimo jih lahko v štiri kategorije: (1) preskrba – naravni viri, pitna voda, les itd., (2) regulacija – varstvo pred erozijo, poplavami, naravnimi katastrofami, (3) podpora – fotosinteza, proizvodnja kisika, vezava CO2, opraševanje rastlin in (4) kultura – vse možnosti sprostitve, navdiha in regeneracije, ki jih človek išče in najde v naravi. Prekomerno izkoriščanje naravnih ekosistemov prinaša ljudem višji standard, a zmanjšuje dolgoročno preživetje človeške populacije. Številne raziskovalne skupine po vsem svetu se v zadnjem času ukvarjajo s finančnim vrednotenjem teh storitev. Tak pristop utemeljujejo z dejstvom, da vsi ti podporni sistemi prispevajo neposredno in posredno k dobrobiti človeštva in so sestavni del ekonomske vrednosti našega planeta. -

DESCRIPTION OF WORKCAMP: The Youth Association Sunflower was founded in 2013 with the aim to promote youth activism, volunteering, culture, sport and education and has so far organized three workcamps to improve the quality of life of young people in the village. This year volunteers will renovate 10 sport fields and playgrounds in Omoljica. The work consists of sanding and painting the existing exercise constructions, marking sport fields as well as repairing benches and garbage bins. The participants will organize joint sport competitions involving the local community. A high number of young people from the local community will take part in the work and sport activities. COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES - LEISURE ACTIVITIES: It is surrounded by parks, rivers, lakes, and there is also a mineral spring with temperatures above 37 ( C. In free time the host will organize a trip to Pancevo, the Danube and a recycling factory. Prethodna Studija izvodljivosti izgradnje RVS Dubovac-Zrenjanin-Kikinda-Knjiga 2 1. Uvod Brz razvoj privrede i društva i urbanizacija naselja u proteklom periodu na području Vojvodine nije uporedo pratila izgradnja infrastrukturnih objekata koji obezbeđuju stabilno i kvalitetno vodosnabdevanje. Neadekvatno rešenje vodosnabdevanja ogleda se pre svega u nestašici vode pri čemu posebno treba istaći neadekvatan kvalitet isporučene vode, koji u pojedinim regionima Vojvodine predstavlja osnovni problem vodovodnih sistema. Javno snabdevanje vodom u Vojvodini je orijentisano isključivo na korišćenje podzemnih voda iz različitih vodonosnih sredina: aluvijalnih sedimenata u priobalju Save i Dunava - "prva" izdan (dubine bunara do 50 m), osnovnog vodonosnog kompleksa - osnovna izdan (dubine bunara od 50-250m) i subarteske i arteske izdani - duboka izdan (dubine bunara od 250m do 350m) Problemi koji se javljaju u vodosnabdevanju prema svojoj prirodi mogu se generalno svrstati u dve grupe: 1. problemi vezani za resurs podzemnih voda 2. problemi vezani za vodovodne sisteme Problemi vezani za resurs podzemnih voda se mogu svrstati u dve kategorije: problemi nedovoljnih količina podzemnih voda i problemi neodgovarajućeg kvaliteta. Period od početka organizovanog vodosnabdevanja 60-tih godina prošlog veka do danas karakteriše se izrazitim porastom eksploatacije podzemnih voda na području cele Vojvodine (Zahvaćene količine podzemnih voda iz izdani koje se sporo obnavljaju (osnovne i duboke izdani) su znatno veće (4600 l/s) od količina zahvaćenih iz relativno brzo obnovljive izdani ("prve" izdani) - oko 1900 l/s. S obzirom na činjenicu da su izvorišta formirana u naseljima ili u njihovoj neposrednoj blizini, eksploatacija podzemnih voda se vrši na malom prostoru što je dovelo do sniženja nivoa podzemnih voda, kako lokalno tako i na širem području. -

Croatia in the Economic Structure of the Habsburg Empire in the Light of the 1857 Census
MARIANN NAGY Sveučilište u Pečuhu, Mađarska Izlaganje na znanstvenom skupu UDK: 314.18(497.5)”1857” Croatia in the Economic Structure of the Habsburg Empire in the Light of the 1857 Census The census of 1857 was the first census in the Habsburg Empire where the occupa- tions of those conscripted were asked. The paper examines the occupational struc- ture of active population in Civil Croatia and in Croatian-Slavonian Military Frontier and compares it with that of the other lands and regions of the Empire. On the strength of occupational structure and livestock density tries to determine the level of development of the Croatian economy and place Croatia in the eco- nomic hierarchy of lands and regions. Keywords: economic structure, census of 1857, Habsburg Empire, Croatia After the census taken under the rule of Joseph II it took more than 60 years to have a new census in the countries of the Hungarian Crown.1 Until the mid-19th century there was no unified census structure in the Habsburg Empire. In the majority of the Austrian lands primarily military censuses whereas e.g. in Tyrolia, Dalmatia and Vorarlberg censuses with a political focus where held on a regular basis. In Hungary, Croatia and Transylvania the conscriptions informed about the numbers of the non – nobles according to age, sex and status as well as about the three basic figures of demography. After the political and administrative reorganization of the Monarchy in 1849 the need emerged for a new census. The census of 1850, however, was interrupted due to the military preparations against Prussia and was finished in summer 1851. -

We use the Life in Transition Survey and geo- graphic regression discontinuity design to identify the causal mechanism between historical institutions and attitudes towards trust and corruption. We find that the 44 (1) 117-145 (2020) 44 (1) 117-145 ECONOMICS PUBLIC areas of the former Military Frontier are underdeveloped and poorer with worse SECTOR economic performance indicators. Our results suggest that respondents living in the former Military Frontier territory have lower levels of interpersonal trust, a higher level of trust in public authorities, but also tend to bribe those institutions more often when they interact with them. We claim that the war in Yugoslavia in the 1990s is not just a confounding factor in the analysis but also a potential chan- nel and find evidence that attitudes towards bribery can survive even harsh wars, while trust in public institutions collapses during extreme events of violence. -
